The apartment building is relatively new and located in the heart of Skela, 200m far of roundabout of the centre of Skela, which is connected to the big boulevard called Pavarësia, Lungomare (coastline), the old beach road and the Transbalkan road. It is in a quiet and very convenient area where you will find many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and various shops. Walking 5min from the building you will be in promenade of "Lungomare" near the beach along coastline too.

Ours is a villa divided into 2 floors. In the foreground there are two apartments,on the second floor there are 3 apartments. The B&E Villa is a quiet place with the sea 500 meters away.Nearby there is a beautiful forest for those who love to walk, and the road to a bike path that takes you to the appointment center.

Super welcoming people, they did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable, great communication from the host as well.The apto was very clean and had more than enough space, all good, not so close to the city center as I expected but the forest nearby definitely pays off.Plus the addition of bicycles in my stay was superb 👌

Ervis and his family were really nice and helpful throughout our stay. The bikes available were not working at first but they managed to fix them the next day. They also offer car lifts which comes in handy. When my friend got sick, they brought me to the pharmacy and were willing to take her to the hospital if needed. We really felt at home. The location of the Airbnb is good if you own a car. There is a beach, restaurants and a couple of stores 20 minutes walking distance from the villa. The other beaches are easily reachable with a car.

The living area features a high wooden ceiling and is furnished with a sectional sofa and wooden dining table. A television is positioned near the corner, and natural light enters through several windows, creating a bright and inviting space.

Simple but nice residence located very centrally close to the main street in central Vlorë, with walking distance to shops, restaurants, Old town, sights etc. City buses operate on the main street. If you want to walk to the harbor, it takes about half an hour. Julian was incredibly helpful, nice and generous. And not least, very fast to respond to messages. The family owns a bakery next to the property where you can step into the morning rock, if you like, and buy fresh breakfast. Good to know, if you rent the apartment during the summer, that it lacks air conditioning - a floor fan is available but it does not give the same effect hot summer nights. I highly recommend renting this home 😊

Hotel very well located. Close to downtown on foot. Perfect breakfast, the best of my entire stay in Albania. Very kind and helpful host. He also has great advice. I recommend it!

Great stay. Stay was a little more difficult to find because address was not completely specific. Room was spacious, clean and tidy, ideal location. Has all amenities It says it included breakfast, this was not the case.
