The apartment was nice and spacious, with a balcony in the direction of the sunrise. It was winter and the place stayed warm throughout. Georgi was very helpful in any results I had. There were a few quirks about the apartment, so you gotta watch your head if you’re tall. Nice quiet location right next to the park, and supermarkets/shops walking distance.

First class apartment right at the business park where we needed to be. Very clean, excellently presented and very comfortable for the 6 nights we stayed. Also the metro station was only 150m away which took you straight into the centre of Sofia…. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again on any return visits…

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.
