In summer you can enjoy tennis (despite some false bounces) and the secure pool (heated from mid May to the end of September), the large terrace where you can have your meals, play ping pong and prepare a BBQ. When the weather is less beautiful, the interior offers beautiful living spaces: a living room with a large fireplace, an entrance furnished with a French billiards table, etc...

Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
