All amenities are 5 to 15 minutes away: a small beach is 5 minutes away, and the large Zlatni Rat beach can be reached with a leisurely walk along the sea through the pine forest in about 20 minutes. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away, and another one is also 5 minutes away. The town center is 8 minutes away. I am always at home, and you can ask me anything. Thank you, and I wish you well, Snežana. If needed, a fifth person can stay for free, which is very affordable. I live in the same house, so please ring the doorbell or send a message when it's convenient for you to come. In the evening, after 10:30 p.m., it's quiet time.

Newly decorated accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, each room is equipped with two beds, cable television, WiFi and air conditioning. The bathroom includes a shower, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Our cozy apartment is located close to the center of Komiža old town. Free private parking is available right next to the house. It is in quiet neighborhood and has a separate entrance from the main road. It takes a short walk down to the waterfront. Waterfront is beautiful place where you can enjoy delicious food in restaurants, have a cold drink on a hot day or simply enjoy the view of a charming fisherman’s town. Honestly, Komiža is a small place.. all within a ten minute walk.

This historic stone villa is in the 2nd row from the waterfront. It is in the old town center close to everything, but in a quiet area. It was built in the 17th century. We carefully restored it in 2025 according to the requirements of the Ministry of Antiquity, and gave it a east-meet-west embience.
