Come enjoy everything Virginia Beach has to offer. Our condo has all of the comforts of home and accommodates 4 adults or perfect for families. Bedroom has a king size bed and living room has sofa that pulls out into a full size sofa bed. TVs in both rooms. The Boardwalk, Shopping, Restaurants, Amusement parks, and many more activities are all within walking distance. There is plenty to do and you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes or less! Come have a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach.

Enjoy the fall at Va. Beach--average temp. 70-80 degrees. Just steps or bike through a nice area to the beach, restaurants, culture, The Dome, Convention Ctr & other activities. Take a 10-min. walk or bike to the beach (7 short blocks). No traffic or parking hassles! We are close to I264, several military bases & Hilltop Shopping area. This is a quiet neighborhood & convenient location. Perfect for couples & solo travelers. NO animals or pets allowed! NO children under 13 yrs. of age!

There is no congestion, crowds, or large commercial beach resorts here. Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage, steps away from a quiet, peaceful beach surrounded by sand dunes for a special getaway. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23. The Old Beacon is the perfect vacation blend of beach time and poolside sunbathing. This is the downstairs unit of the front cottage and the largest of The Old Beacon units. Stylish and comfortable interior with access to the amazing outdoor common area - pool, cornhole, porch swings, outdoor dining area, and outdoor shower for when you return from the beach! Kick back and relax in this vacation home that’s two blocks to the beach and Virginia Beach boardwalk!

Private Beach Access at The OV Beach House

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided.
