Our property is located beneath a mountain in a small, traditional village, just 3 km from the sea. You can enjoy complete privacy on our spacious terrace, which features a barbecue and area for lounging, relaxing, yoga, or simply enjoying a drink. The surrounding area is ideal for forest exploration, trekking, mountain biking, and jogging. You'll also be treated to stunning views of the mountains, the Bribir Valley, and Novi Vinodolski. Additionally, the house comes with a covered garage.

The house is situated in a quiet zone, away from city lights and noise. The house is placed at the beginning of the forest. There is a big garden all around the house and and is full of flowers and mediterranean plants. Amazing view! A slightly different holiday home that guarantees an escape from everyday life. It is easy to find due to its proximity to the Adriatic Highway and is an excellent starting point for other destinations. It has covered parking if needed and a garage. Unfortunately, due to its proximity to the highway, vehicles can be heard, and we have no control over that.
