Sally was a great host and went out of her way to make sure I had a good time. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I really appreciated the extra effort — would definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodation. The studio apt is small but has everything one needs for an extended stay. I loved the little patio facing the river. The extras really make it special. I didn't get to use the sauna or pools but the gym was adequately outfitted for a good workout. The markets on the first floor level had everything for making your own meals. There are good small eateries in the surrounding area. Grab delivers however google isn't always accurate. The host was very responsive upon arrival and communication was quick and thorough. I really liked this place and will make it one of my top choices when I visit HCM again. I only stayed 2 complete nights this trip but I could easily do a week or two here.

Area is nice and still developing. Just a 5 minute drive from the heart of district one. Place is nice, modern, and secure.

Definitely a gem of a place to stay at the tallest building in Vietnam. Truly this apt is in Landmark 81 and not some other Landmark building. The views are amazing. A couple of small notes, the key card doesn't open main building doors but works for elevator. 24/7 Security at building entrance so it's not an issue getting in at night. We discovered the primary bedroom's bathroom window has the inner pane had been shattered and is missing. Not a huge issue since the outer pane seems in tact. We didn't really spend a lot time near that window and the view is still fine but could be a potential safety issue.

Good location, many things to do like golf, go-kart, restaurants....good relax

房源在一个很local的区域，你可以深入感受到当地人的生活。房东和她的姐姐非常热情漂亮，他们还有一只很可爱的狗，谢谢房东请我吃水果，甚至在早上为我做了美味的鸡肉米粉和咖啡。

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. A lovely apartment in a tranquil apartment block. You feel very far away from the chaos of the city but are only a short grab away. A lovely Japanese restaurant and many others on site. The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely view from balcony.

An amazing location, right in the center of Saigon, so many shops, restaurants, and incredible street food right out the door. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor so the street noise is muted. I slept soundly each night. Lots of closet space, so nice to have a washing machine. Grab taxi and bike, deliveries came to the right location. Tracy was responsive and helpful, great with communication and so friendly. I have stayed in many places in Saigon, and this was about as perfect an apartment as you can find in a bustling city. I hope to come back to stay again.

Great apartment in District 7 of HCM City. It is on a high floor and features a pool and gym. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. A large Lotus Mart is just a 7-10 minute walk away, where you can find a wide variety of quality groceries.
