Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

Eine super Unterkunft! Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Anweisungen waren klar und verständlich. Ein großer Pluspunkt waren die Pools und das Gym. Mit dem Taxi ist man innerhalb von 10-15min im Zentrum. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und zum entspannen optimal. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig. Auf Fragen wurde immer sofort reagiert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber dafür ruhig. Mit dem Taxi oder Motorroller innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Stadtmitte und die Fahrt ist sehr erschwinglich mit GRAP. Das Appartement hat eine gute Größe und wer will kann in den großen Pool springen und sich abkühlen. Sehr sauber und genug Handtücher usw. sind vorhanden. Es gibt 2 kleinen Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wer mehr will, fährt sowie in die Innenstadt! Ich würde das Appartement bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Appartement fidèle aux photos. proximité de la piscine et de la salle de sport très appréciable. machine à laver et séchante pratique pour les longs séjours. l'appartement est calme mais un peu sombre. un peu loin du centre de Saigon mais le métro situé à 600m vous y emmène directement en 10mn. Toutes les commodités sont au pied de l'immeuble.

Tina was extremely warm and accommodating as a host. She was always available to help. The house is a warm, cosy and exclusive place to stay for your vacations. Nice building and great facilities.

位置离机场很近，离景点稍远，但可以打车前往。室内布置很舒服，并且有洗衣机和烘干机，非常方便。

Ich habe 3 Wochen in diesem Airbnb verbracht und war zufrieden. Die Lage ist im obersten Stock, sodass es relativ ruhig ist (kein Fahrstuhl). Es liegt in einer Seitengasse, weshalb es kaum Verkehrsgeräusche gibt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Beschreibung. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, es gab auch sonst keine Probleme. Die kostenlose Zimmerreinigung ist sehr gewissenhaft und praktisch, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und einfach, in der Gegend gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants, es ist trotzdem relativ ruhig für D1. Ich kann den Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Everything was great and perfect. As per what was on the listing and exactly the same as the pictures. Place was clean, toilet was clean and spacious as well, and the bed and pillow was also comfortable. Definitely a place to comeback to stay when visiting Ho Chi Minh and this listing is definitely worth the hype and all the good reviews. Host is also very helpful, friendly and responsive catering to all my needs during my stay here. Also, there is a common area for washing and drying for your laundry which was good for long term stay as well. Overall, definitely a bang for your buck!

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

The house is just about 8-10 minutes drive to main attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. Within walking distance, there are many cafes and restaurants, even a big bookstore and a kid indoor playground. The house is located about 3 minutes off the main street, so it is quiet and we had good sleep every night. The house was clean, spacious and well-decorated. All amenities were provided as described. The host was very friendly and responsive. She even gave us some traditional Vietnamese food as gifts. We really appreciate it. Thank you Quynh. It was a pleasant stay and we will denitely come back.

Long's airbnb was everything as described. We were a group of 6 so the place was perfect fit for us. Communication was responsive and the hosts were easy to chat to. All check in instruction was easy to follow and understand. The host gave us plenty of recommendation of what to eat nearby. The airbnb was clean and had pretty much all the essential amentities. They also have filtered drinking water so you dont need to buy bottled water everyday. One thing I would like to note is there are a lot of stairs, so if you're staying on the top floor, be prepared ;) Location-wise, plenty to eat and lots to do at night. If you're there for the party, this is the airbnb for you. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The Viacom mall was only 100 yards away. We were able to locate many Korean restaurants nearby as well. The host was exceptionally patient and kind, providing all the necessary information for our comfortable stay. I would come back and stay again.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Das moderne Hochhaus, in dem die Wohnung ist, liegt in einem nobleren trotzdem lebhaften Viertel von Saigon. Es gibt viel grün, einen großen Park direkt am Saigoner Fluss. Restaurants, Banken, ein grosses Einkaufzentrum, rund-um-die-Uhr geöffnete Supermärkte. Alles liegt in fussläufiger Distanz. Die Metrostation "Van Thanh" ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Positiv ist auch, der Gastgeber der Wohnung reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachfragen.
