My husband and I loved our stay here. The evenings in the jacuzzi, admiring this beautiful view are our core memories. We definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

This is an excellent place to stay. It is easy to get to other locations and places of interest. Shops are a short drive away. The pool is a lovely size, I would recommend heating. The house has everything you'll need for your stay. The jewel is the beach which is a short walk away, it's really quiet, lovely views and nice walks, the sea is great for swimming. Only heads up is that we had difficulty following the directions we were given from the airport to the villa but should have just put the villa address into google maps or similar sat nav which would have been easier. We would definatley stay here again and really enjoyed the games rooms and all the facilities available. Thank you to Joseph who responded quickly to any issues we had, which were only one relating to a broken key. Overall everything was great.

Our stay was wonderful. The place looks even better than the photos. Nicolas and his mother was a great hosts and helped us with everything you needed. we definitely would love to stay there again!!! Thank you Nikolas

Ev oldukça rahat ve temizdi, hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık, mutfak araç gereçleri temiz ve oldukça yeterliydi. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgiliydi, her sorumuza hızlıca cevap verdi. İçiniz rahat bir şekilde konaklayabilirsiniz.

Tatilimizin ilk gününe kadar iyi ki bu tercihi yapmışız dedik. Cemal bey son derece ilgili ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Evin konumu, temizliği, düzeni her şey kusursuzdu. Tesisin zaten olanakları oldukça fazla. Harika bir tatil geçirdik, tekrar Kıbrısa geldiğimizde kalacağımız yer ve ev sahibimiz belli…

Nice appartment . Host family very kind: Brought us homemade cake, cookies and also a breakfast plate on our last day. On the opposite site is a small restaurant which offers cypress breakfast. Always went there for breakfast.

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé. Apartmán bol priestranný, čistý, interiér zdobili handmade dekorácie, s dvoma priestrannými spálňami a klimatizáciou v každej izbe, čo bolo v horúčavách na nezaplatenie. Bazén priamo pri objekte bol stále čistý, dobre udržiavaný a voda príjemne teplá. Pri príchode nás milo prekvapili vychladené nápoje v chladničke, čo bolo skvelé gesto po dlhej ceste. Majiteľ bol vždy ochotný, komunikatívny a pripravený pomôcť. K dispozícii je aj súkromné kryté parkovacie miesto. Najznámejšie pláže v okolí sú ľahko dostupné autom do pár minút. Celkovo veľmi príjemný pobyt plný šnorchlovania, pre nás určite jeden z najlepších.

Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszytko czego potrzebujesz do przygotowania posiłków. Wszytko działało sprawnie. W odległości 10-15 minut spaceru są sklepy, restauracja, piękna promenada i port. Jest to bardzo fajna miejscówka do eksplorowania okolic Pafos. Bardzo dobrze połączone również komunikacyjnie. Ale jeżeli chcesz wybrać się do wąwozu Awakaz, obejrzeć plażę Lara Beach czy Łaźnie Adonisa to zdecydowanie polecam samochód. Bez tego ani rusz. Polecam piękną plażę piaszczystą Sandy Beach w odległości około 7 km od miejsca zamieszkania. Poza tym najbliższa plaża podana w opisie to wg mnie nie jest plaża tylko wybetonowane miejsce z zejściem do morza . Poza tym wszytko jak najbardziej godne polecenia, kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry, miły i gościnny . Polecam .

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at Villa King X. The villa had a mid stay clean with clean linen and towels. The villa information book is very useful. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return. Car is essential as Villa is , in my opinion, too far away to walk down to Latchi. The hosts are exceptional .

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

Great location and easy to find using the instructions Alex gave us. He met us there to talk through the property and general usage. This location definitely needs a car, plus there is so much to see in Cyprus that hiring a car is worth it. Lidl is 2 miles away for bits for keeping at the house. Best local food is Enalia, about 2 miles from the property, out of the house and turn left. Atmosphere, food quality and service are all amazing, huge portion sizes (I asked for half sizes, no problem). We spent a fabulous week here as 2 adult siblings and our Dad. Lovely place. We will return.

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!

Andreas is a great host, very helpful, quick to respond and very friendly. The place was Exactly what was described. The bungalow, gave us a lot of space and privacy. Lovely swimming pool, and beautifull views was Just a cherry on the top:-) Great restaurant, Beaches and historical spots around, and all that in neighborhood of national park! For those who are looking for peacfull place, with picturesque views and plenty to do in area, this is the place. We are highly recomending Andreas as a lovely host and his great bungalow. We hope we can come back one day ❤️

The house was well-prepared for our arrival and, above all, clean. Local wine, water, and basic essentials were waiting for us to settle in comfortably. We had a very pleasant meeting with Kate, who recommended some truly delicious restaurants—thank you! The villa has a stunning view, and the pool was heated throughout our stay, as agreed. It’s an additional cost, but worth it during this season. I can genuinely recommend this house to everyone. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

The place is perfectly located some minutes out of Ayia Napa in Protaras with stunning surroundings like the Konnos Beach or Cape Greco. In the morning you’re able to get a coffee and walk 5 minutes to the next beach. After a long day the pool and the outside dining area are the perfect place to be and relax. I can 100% recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our time at the villa, the surroundings were amazing, we received all instructions, if any questions arose, we had direct line to the owner and they were there within an hour to help. Overall we were very pleased. A few points to consider. Only top 3 bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows, as the evenings were cool in the beginning of June we much preferred not to have AC in the night, instead had the windows open, so kids who slept downstairs quickly relocated to sleep on the sofas in the living room, which were very comfortable by the way, so no complaints there. Also the last slope leading to the house is so steep its not even funny, we rented a small kia and everyone had to leave the car to actually be able to drive up there, probably wouldn't be a problem for a car with a bigger engine tho, so something to consider. The house itself could use a few updates, but overall we loved it there and would definitely come back.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

Kallia is an amazing host! She shared plenty of information beforehand so we had very few questions once we arrived. Her home is incredible and we particularly loved the views and how private and quiet the area was. My wife and I are already looking at another trip here!

A superb spacious villa with everything you needed to relax. Beautiful manicured gardens with stunning flora and fauna which you could enjoy all day /night in the outdoor space whilst relaxing in and out of the huge pool. Location was very quiet and Views at the front /side were amazing. Bonus outdoor areas all around from a separate shady seated area to a BBQ area and the car port aswell keeping car cool! An all round highly recommended villa not just for couples but for families too as it had everything.

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.
