I've stayed at Ryan’s place every time I’m in town for business—it’s my go-to spot. This little apartment has everything you need: a peaceful vibe, reliable internet for working remotely, and it’s just a short walk to the center of town. The street is beautiful and tree-lined, which adds to the charm and it has an off street parking spot. But what really makes it special are the hosts—Ryan and Carolyn are warm, welcoming, and always make me feel at home. Always a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended.

Easy to get in and clean and ready has things you need

I had a great time at this location. The host was great and it had a lot of things there I did not need to worry about. It was walking distance to some restaurants, local entertainment, and coffee shops. I am definitely choosing this place when I come back to Sacramento.

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Great Location. Walking distance to Old Town Sacramento, parks and restaurants. Great backyard. It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. This will be my go to place when we visit her.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

We loved this unit! It had plenty of space for me and my partner, and the washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The river walk is less than a mile away, and the gardens on the property are beautiful. We’d love to stay here again!

The home is beautiful, clean, smartly decorated and conveniently located to freeways, shopping and restaurants. However, you won’t want to leave the home because it feels like a resort. We will definitely stay again when in town.

Everything was good except the check-in Alex said I could have an early check-in but when I got there the maid was still cleaning so we had to wait 2hrs outside till done. but overall a nice stay

This place was great overall just as described had everything we needed. I did have a few issues though, one was the parking just because there was no designated parking for even one car which is stated in the listing but it’s just something to keep in mind that you have to fight for a good spot near the airbnb. The area is also noisy all of the time, cars constantly zooming by at all hours of the night and you can clearly hear people’s conversations when they are walking on the street. This is no fault of the owner it’s just something you would want to keep in mind when booking this place. Overall the place was just what we needed and the owner was very responsive and accommodating to us.

Jan was an excellent host, and his place was very cozy and peaceful. I was looking forward to spending some time away from work in a nice, relaxing, and quiet place; Jan’s place MORE than delivered. I couldn’t have been more happy with my stay, and Jan’s great hospitality and communication made it even better. Would absolutely book here again.

My family and I stayed for part of memorial weekend. Check in was easy, Jenny checked up, she was responsive if I had any questions. Loved it. My kids loved the pool, and it felt nice to get out of the fast paced LA life. It was much needed and I would stay here again and again. The wife and I sat by the fire-pit whole the kids swam their hearts away. After - movie and movies the kids pick I could hardly stomach but HEY… it’s a vacation. I would highly recommend stayed here for families and friends groups that want to go somewhere relaxing!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The cottage was so cozy in a beautiful side of town. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to find tranquility. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee.

we had family coming in for our daughters' graduations and the house was perfect! close to shopping (Target, Winco, Walmart) and restaurants (Olive Garden Buffalo Wild Wings and other local restaurants). Gas stations close by also. it was HOT this past week so the pool was definitely enjoyed by all😊. 3 car driveway was definitely a plus as well. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. downstairs bedroom is a plus as well as we had an older family member. Definitely would recommend and would book again!

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.
