Located in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, between Blois and Chambord, renovated 40 m² apartment for 2 people, on the ground floor of our house, separate entrance, enclosed courtyard and parking space. Quiet neighborhood, easily accessible, 10 minutes from the A10 exit and also from the historic center of Blois, 5 minutes' walk from shops (supermarket, bakery, newsstand, tobacco shop). The south bank of the Loire and access to the Loire à Vélo bike path are close to the property.

The house is in a quiet and family-friendly area, close to amenities: bakery, tobacco/press 2 min walk. Supermarket / pharmacy 5 min drive. A stay between city and countryside on the wine route and the Loire by bike.

Welcome to La Petite Maison. We welcome you to a 60 m2 house, completely renovated in 2022. Ideally located at the foot of the "La Loire à Vélo" bike path, less than 10 km from the castles of Blois and Chambord. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet.
