In the city center there is also a heated outdoor swimming pool, Sjøkanten Trivsel. The house has newly renovated bathroom, kitchen and two living rooms on the ground floor. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and two single beds.

Very nicely decorated single-family home located all the way to the lake, with its boathouse. Here there are good opportunities for hiking and relaxing 2 hours drive to Trolltunga. 40 min to Himakånå, Nedstrand. 40 min. to "Høyt and Lavt" climbing park, Nedstrand. Ca. 30 min. fra Haugesund. 2 timer fra Stavanger. It is possible to take a day trip to Preikestolen. 15 minutes to Tyshostunet Kulturhus, with swimming facilities, library and cinema. 15 min to Aksdal Senter.

Ølen is a good starting point for day trips to nearby tourist attractions, like Folgefonna glacier, Trolltunga in Odda, Langfoss & Låtefoss waterfall, Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) or excellent skiing options! The house owners are very helpful in planning your trips.

Otherwise a short distance to both Odda, Sauda and Haugesund☺️
