We are located 400 yards from Lincolnville Beach, 2 miles from Mt. Battie State park, 4 miles from downtown Camden, and 12 miles from Belfast. Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

The 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom with laundry apartment is located at: 19 POORHOUSE COVE ROAD in South Bristol, Maine 04568. The apartment has skylights in the living room and kitchen and is located on a private property as a stand alone guest house. Close to Christmas Cove, Wawenock public/private golf course and 15 miles from scenic Damariscotta and the Pemaquid peninsula with a public white sand beach. Our waterfront is Poorhouse Cove, an estuary off of the Gulf of Maine, Atlantic Ocean.

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.
