The homestead additionally owns the bank of the Neris River, 600 m away, with a wonderful view. On the shore there is a rest area with a hot tub, sauna (heating costs extra) and a spacious gazebo with an outdoor kitchen.

The estate grounds are enclosed, and in another house within the estate, the hosts, who have pets, reside permanently.
