This quiet and unusual accommodation is a 600 m walk from the RER C train station and 20 minutes from Paris by train. Completely renovated at the end of 2022, it is located on the ground floor of a detached town house built in 1899 in a small cul-de-sac, away from the street. The vault, more than 3 m high, gives a pleasant volume to the main room. With separate kitchen and bathroom, this 33 m2 F1 would be perfect for a pleasant stay near Paris.

This small house is attached to ours. It has a terrace of about 10 m2. 2 small bedrooms upstairs with 2 beds of 160 cm (or 4 single beds). On the ground floor, the sofa is convertible in the living room (160 bed). An open kitchen composed of an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and stove. The bathroom, equipped with an Italian shower and toilet, is also located on the ground floor. We provide you with all the comforts!
