A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris.

This apartment is fully renovated. 60 m2 located on the ground floor. Composed of an entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Large French windows overlooking the vast park and period furniture. The park, with century-old oaks, is ideal for long walks to the Sauldre River.

Our cabin is great for relaxing and reconnecting in total immersion with nature . This pondside fisherman's hut is in the heart of a forested residence. You will be lulled by the sounds and silence of nature that surround you, you will quickly feel out of time, and soothe. We built this cabin ourselves using natural materials, with respect for the environment and nature, with water from a cistern, electricity from a solar panel, and a wood-burning stove.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. 30-m² STUDIO in an old farmhouse located atop a vineyard hill, surrounded by greenery, combining old-world charm, comfort, and modern design. A large, bright living room with earth and lime walls, exposed beams, and a fireplace (non-functional), equipped with a very well-equipped kitchen, a 140 x 200 cm double bed with a brand-new mattress and topper, a seating area, and a private bathroom and toilet, all created specifically for the studio.

2 hours from Paris, 15 minutes from Aubigny-Sur-Nère, discover this cottage on the edge of a private pond in the heart of nature. You will be alone to have this water point on a partially fenced plot. The chalet has all the necessary comforts, hot water, shower, dry toilet, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., but without wifi or television (4G for diehards). Pets are also welcome.
