The house has Wi-Fi, a wood stove, a Smart TV (Wi-Fi only), a balcony and a cozy terrace to enjoy the view, with many plants, a dining area and a barbecue.

Located on the Asturian coast, in the village of Camoca, 5 km from Villaviciosa. 300 meters from the Camino de Santiago In the middle of nature but ideally located to get to know Asturias, a 15-minute drive from the wonderful Rodiles beach and 30 minutes from Oviedo, Gijón.

Casa 44 is a project that we managed to carry out after two years of looking for the house of our dreams. We put our heart and soul into it to make it a special house, full of handcrafted details that we hope will make our clients' stay an unforgettable experience. IMPORTANT: The Spa/Jacuzzi is contracted as an optional extra service on arrival, with a one-time price of €90 for the entire stay (July and August) and €50 for the rest of the year.
