Enjoy our Villa Playa Blanca. It's a special place, created by my wife and I to spend the best moments with family and friends. But we didn't want the joy and happiness to be just for us. We want you and your family, as well as your friends, to also enjoy this beautiful space. Here the days will be in complete tranquility, away from the noise and pollution of the city. You can also enjoy delicious barrel barbecues by the pool (which has an attached children's pool). CAUTION: The pool is not fenced. It is completely open. Therefore, the supervision of children and all non-swimmers is an exclusive obligation of the guests and the landlords are exempt from any liability in this regard. Villa Playa Blanca is a two-story house, along with a separate cabin. Located within a quiet and safe residential complex. The complex has access to a river, which can only be enjoyed by residents and, of course, by you. Inside the complex there is a soccer field and a children's play area. You can also find stores where you can get everything you need to drink and eat. In the house you will find the master bedroom (second floor), with air conditioning and a private bathroom (it is the only room currently with air conditioning). The bed is a Queen (1.60 m) and there is cable television. The second bedroom, located on the second floor, has two beds (1.20 m) and a private bathroom, TV, and fan. The third bedroom, located on the second floor, has two beds (1.20 m) and a fan (no private bathroom). The fourth bedroom (first floor) has 3 beds (1.20 m) and a fan (no private bathroom). The fifth bedroom (first floor) has a double bed (1.40 m) and a fan (no private bathroom). The cabin has two double beds (1.40 m), a fan, and a private bathroom. You will also find a very spacious guest bathroom, located on the first floor, where people staying in rooms without a private bathroom will have a personal toilet space. Villa Playa Blanca has a laundry room with a functional washing machine that can be used. It also has a living room (located on the second floor), with a TV. You will also have at your disposal a large kitchen with a refrigerator and a 5-burner stove. The Villa has Wi-Fi internet and private parking for 3 vehicles. However, other vehicles can be parked outside without any problem. The house has a children's dining room (1) and games for the little ones (of course they can be used, we just recommend that you put them back in their place and take good care of them). Finally, in the Villa you can enjoy an eight-seat dining room and Rimax chairs to rest and sunbathe.

We stayed with my family and had an excellent experience. From the first moment, communication with Henry was clear and friendly, which made the check-in process very easy. The place is as shown in the pictures and description: spacious, very clean and with cozy spaces that make you feel at home. Every detail is well taken care of, and you can see that they have thought about the comfort of the guests. The layout is perfect for vacationing with large groups, the house has well-lit and very spacious areas. In addition, everything was in good condition, it has enough beds and furniture for several people, everything inside the house facilitates recreation and rest activities. The location is also convenient, with easy access and well maintained tracks. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and care-free stay. I hope to be back soon!
