Vacation rentals with a patio in Villanova

Alejandra provided a great stay. Extremely responsive and friendly. The listing was as described and the space was very comfortable. Bridge Street is lively from the moment you wake up on the weekends during the summer with a lot of fun options to explore. Would stay again.

Omar was a great host. He was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We were arriving on Christmas Eve and the heat in the building unfortunately happened to go out the day before we got there. Omar let me know that he had someone out trying to fix it that day, but it wasn't fixed and he left space heaters in the apartment for us in case it wasn't fixed before we got there. When we got there, we were able to check in early and Omar was there (with the HVAC guy) when we arrived. He even helped us with our bags up to the apartment. The heat was fixed later that day luckily and Omar checked in with us a couple times during our stay to make sure the heat was working and let us know he had more space heaters if we needed them. He also checked in to make sure everything else was ok and that we felt at home, which it was and did. The apartment itself was clean and as described. Would stay there again.

Very well done! The place was spotless, and very cozy. We enjoyed some down time in between Soccer games!

Our stay at Eduardo’s was cozy and comfy! Perfect place for us to stop for a quiet night but still close enough to the city to enjoy the sites. 10/10!

This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. Thank you!!!

Walter’s apartment was a perfect place for us to stay for a family weekend. It was comfortable and clean. Manayunk is a sweet area, with easy access to hiking in the Wisahickon. We had a great stay.

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

Aaron's place was a perfect little cottage for a weekend away. Aaron provided easy instructions to get in and it was easy to navigate even in the dark. The cottage was clean, neat and bigger than we expected. The extra double sink area is great, especially with girls. The area is very quiet and very close to anything you may need. We would stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommend.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Beautiful home in an awesome location. We traveled for my sister’s graduation at UPenn and we’re looking for something away from the city and found this place around 30 min away. Loved the area, home had 3 floors with bedroom on all levels. Loved the area and home.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Denise's Place. Check in was simple and she gave us easy to follow alternative direction to her place. It is an oasis on top of a hill! Her lovely home is situated on a beautifully maintained piece of property that is serene and welcoming. The inside is immaculate and inviting and we were even pleasantly surprised with a local homemade treat along with a lovely personal note. We truly felt welcomed and I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Impeccably clean and well-appointed. Perfect for our trip to visit family close by. Close to churches, food, and shopping — whatever you need. Great neighborhood to walk and enjoy the area.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Bi is a good host and answered communications quickly and clearly. Beds were comfortable. There were five of us and there only is one bathroom, but everyone was good about taking turns. The weather was cool and rainy, but had we had better weather we would have spent more time on the property, with its koi pond and outdoor kitchen, which looked very cool. We were there for a wedding and didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. All-in-all, our stay was a success. Thank you.

The decor was both stylish and cozy, with unique local artwork and soft lighting that created a relaxing ambiance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were extra pillows and blankets for added coziness. I loved having a kitchen stocked with quality cookware, coffee, and even a few spices—perfect for making a home-cooked meal. The private patio with fairy lights and comfortable seating was ideal for unwinding in the evenings. Little touches like board games, a curated guidebook to the area, and fast WiFi made my stay even more enjoyable. The host was always available for questions. All these details combined to create a warm, welcoming environment that we’ll always remember.

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

The space was even roomier, brighter, and lovelier than the pictures. The area was walkable, with tons to do, cool murals around every corner, and so many excellent food and beverage options. Natasha was a wonderful, responsive host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location. Really convenient with super strong WiFi. Such a cool neighborhood and for that reason parking can be a little tough at night. Just plan for that.

Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear the hosts take great pride in offering a top-tier experience. Speaking of the hosts, they were outstanding: incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. From start to finish, their communication and hospitality were flawless. Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !

This was my second stay at Hala's in as many weeks. Just as wonderful as the first time! See my review from last week, nothing has changed, still excellent!
