Beautiful fully restored house at the foot of the Loire levee, close to the old port, in a beautiful environment, very quiet. Garden not overlooked, bordered by a hedge. Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. In winter, the pool is not available. Gite classified 3 stars.

The small house

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

We will be happy to welcome you to the studio we took care to arrange, so that you have a pleasant stay. You will have a terrace and private secure parking. This studio is located on our grounds, but is independent of our home. Our village is located on the Route des Châteaux de la Loire, a few km from the "Loire by bike" circuit. The nearest railway station is 2 km away.
