Vacation rentals with a patio in Villamaría

Cindy’s home was exactly what we needed. Great location with access to great restaurants and locals to visit. The washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. The beds were very comfortable. Cindy was very attentive and made sure we had a smooth check-in 10/10.

Since I made the reservation, the service and connection have been impeccable. Very clear indications, always very attentive to respond and providing very clear and precise answers. The place pleasantly exceeded my expectations, everything was very tidy, quite clean and organized, I felt right at home. It has everything you need and more to be very comfortable and enjoy your stay. A very nice place, easy to access, the security people are quite friendly and make the process of parking the car and answering any questions we had very easy Many points to highlight, but the kitchen is fully equipped, everything smelled very good, it was organized and quite easy to find, even to the point where you wanted to stay to rest and spend time at home even though we went to enjoy the wonders of Manizales. It was my first time in Manizales and I loved it, I would return without hesitation and I am sure that I would visit this beautiful house again. Thank you for everything!

lack of ventilation in bathrooms, for the number of people we were and almost one more bathroom is missing, the mattresses are somewhat very worn in some even old people's spring. Doors are missing in the sofa bed room for privacy, lack of electric heaters in rooms, it took a long time to respond to Airbnb messages. in general if it should improve the conditions of the place.. we also had an incident with the police who were unaware of the neighbors and neighborhood security that the house was used for Airbnb and did not have the attention Laura to ask or be attentive to this situation.

The house is very beautiful and the same as the photos. It is super equipped and has everything you need for a good stay. The details of the house are very nice and everything was very clean. We had trouble getting there because we couldn't find the house and leave. I think the logistics failed a bit but otherwise everything was very good

My family and I stayed at this beautiful house for 7 days, it was such an amazing stay. Staff and host are pretty friendly and quick to answer any questions you might have. The place was pristine. The pool gets treated and cleaned every day. It’s located in the central area of santagueda which makes it easier to get deliveries to you. As well there is a bar and restaurant walking distance from the house. I would recommend to my friends and family who plan to visit in the future.

Very peaceful and relaxing stay with a beautiful view - you can hear the birds chirping in the morning and there is an avocado tree, lemon tree, tree, orange tree and lime tree all in your backyard. Keep in mind that to reach the airbnb, you have to drive up a rocky hill but the view is very worth it.
