Beautiful house. Super spacious. Bright. Private. Good water pressure. Comfortable beds. The stove, the garden, the plants, everything to feel at home. I'll be back.

We had a great family stay, the place is just as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

Apartment very well located, many cafes, restaurants, market nearby. Quiet streets for walking at any time. Well-lit apartment, super safe building, quiet neighborhood with no noise. Good bed, small but complete kitchen. Good bathroom too. The charm really is for the private terrace, it's very cool. Santiago responds to all messages very quickly.

Everything is very nice and impeccable!! I would definitely come back, the apartment is beautiful and Manuel was always attentive to us, the apartment has everything you need, but the balcony is the most beautiful and super nice part, very large!! A simple recommendation is to have an adapter for foreigners, since the plugs in Argentina are very different in comparison, and not having to go out to look for more when the weekend arrives, but otherwise, very satisfied and everything is super nice!!! 🩷🙌🏼 Having a private garage for those of us who go with vehicles is a 100000 🌟 On our next stay in Argentina, we will definitely come back!! We had an amazing stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with great cafes nearby for breakfast. It was also next to a ton of green spaces in case you’re a jogger like me. The apartment was squeaky clean and the bed was very comfortable. AC/heating was super easy to use and the kitchen has everyone one would need. The host was very responsive and let us check in early, which was very kind. Thank you so much, we would absolutely stay again 🙃😁

We chose the apartment because of its location, which is in fact excellent, with many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around, most of the time we did our activities on foot and in total safety. The apartment is on a beautiful street, in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very clean and equipped. It even had a good hair dryer, iron, plug adapters and a first aid kit. Clean bathroom, with several towels and toiletries. The hosts were attentive and very receptive, with good communication, gave us several tips on tours, itineraries, where to buy wines, and made our stay more enjoyable! We will definitely return !

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Lovely restored old building. Great concierge and Host. Very quiet. Slept well. Good area and very walkable to lively selection of places to eat and drink. Try and book Secret Tango Society, local and great.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

Loved this place, sad to leave. The location is excellent with a local restaurant almost directly below and several others within a 5min walk. Theres a supermarket in walking distance and a park with a kids playground on the way. The neighbourhood is peaceful and feels safe but is a short uber ride from the action in Palermo or Recoletta. There is also a metro station not too far away. The apartment itself is modern, tastefully furnished, comfortable and well equipped. A perfect choice for a couple.

Excellent studio apartment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to every concern. I recommend it 100% .

absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.

We stayed in several places in Palermo. This is the perfect Airbnb, we stayed a week and had an amazing time. Gonzalo is such a nice host, with lots of recommendations and always going above and beyond making sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks again for everything.
