Fuimos en pareja. con todo para cocinar o comprar y calentar, cómo quieras. un barrio súper tranquilo con todo lo que necesites a tu alcance. Romi atenta a lo que necesites. This loft apartment is beautiful and just as pictured. Very clean, super comfortable, nice bathroom ammenities, linens were soft and smelled great. We slept very well while here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need for cooking and appeared to be brand new.The host and management company does a great job communicating and responding to any needs. If you are in Buenos Aires and just want to relax, this is the place to be. Also we found it to be absolutely safe to walk around during the day or night. Seems to be just on the outskirts, so we did not find much to do around us and not many restaurants open on the weekend we were here. The locals we met and were in contact with were very nice and helpful even though our Spanish is minimal. Thank you for a delightful 3 night stay!

El departamento es nuevo, moderno, cómodo y bien decorado, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Está bien equipado y permite una estadía confortable. El edificio esta bien ubicado, la zona es segura y ofrece buenas comodidades: recepción 24 hs, co-working amplio, gimnasio, terraza, laundry y piscinas. La piscina cubierta está en un espacio calefaccionado, pero el agua no es climatizada, es fría, lo que nos limito su uso. Los asadores de la terraza solo están disponibles para estancias prolongadas. Como oportunidades de mejora: - La comunicación con el anfitrión podría ser más directa y accesible en caso de imprevistos. - Relación precio-calidad.

El hospedaje fue excelente. El departamento impecable, las camadas cómodas y mucha mayor comodidad de contar con DOS baños hizo que nuestra estadía fuese espectacular. súper recomendable y no dudaría en volver. Milagros y su predisposición a contestar mensajes e inquietudes fueron excelentes. 10/10

Paula's apartment is wonderful. It is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, very calm and relaxed with lovely restaurants and cafes really close by. Short walk to main road with great gym, ice cream shops etc. The apartment itself has amazing natural light, excellent wifi for video calls etc. Overall, a brilliant place to stay long term or short. I stayed a month and I wish I could have stayed longer. Paula is very friendly and kind host too! I highly recommend this place to other travelers

Excelente departamento con fabulosa vista. Toda esta genial - y muy limpio. Tienen todos los detalles - desde desodorantes de ambiente hasta jabones líquidos. La verdad una maravilla - de los mejores Airbnb que nos hemos quedado. Muy recomendable. Juan y Sofia super amables y excelentes host. El edificio tiene ammenities muy buenas.

We enjoyed our week at this apartment. The neighborhood has plenty to offer in terms of cafes and sites. The area is clean and safe. Eugenia was very quick to respond and flexible with check in time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We didn't cook but it appears there is all one might need if they wish to cook. I enjoyed the balcony and tree views and only wish we had more time, and a bit more warmth, to enjoy it. Nights were cool outside and there is a small heater on the main level that keep the apartment fairly comfortable. I'm not sure how it would do in coldest season, however. The only negative were thin walls and noisy neighbors who seemed to live a nocturnal lifestyle, including one loud party well into the early morning. This is nothing Eugenia can control, but be aware, or bring ear plugs.

From check in to check out everything was top notch. As described, the follow up and communication was very prompt. The cleanliness gave me an added comfort. Lovely hostess gifts of snacks and wine was a very nice gesture!

El departamento es tal cual se lo describe, la cochera es una gran ventaja y es amplia, entra bien una camioneta. Luciano un genio, muy atento y amable. Lo único negativo que se podría encontrar es que no anda muy bien el aire en modo caliente para el invierno, pero tampoco es que es muy frío. Recomiendo ampliamente. Volveremos!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Gente que anfitrião incrível ! Pessoa alto astral prestativo, gentil e muito gente boa . Tivemos o prazer de conhecê-lo pois ele faz questão de nos recepcionar. Explicou tudo e deu várias indicações sobre restaurantes , lugares e observações do que poderia ser perigo em alguns lugares depois de certo horário. Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

O local era excelente, tanto próximo de bons locais quanto fácil de deslocar-se para outros. Fácil acesso ao aeroparque AEP e as ruas pareceram seguras mesmo de noite. O apartamento está muito bem preservado, além de ser muito aconchegante e acolhedor. A anfitriã respondia com muita rapidez e resolveu prontamente uma situaçãocom o apartamento. Definitivamente pretendo voltar para o mesmo lugar quando estiver em Buenos Aires. Obrigado!!!

Excelente estadia. Ficamos 5 dias, a localização é sensacional, Palermo é um bairro muito bonito e com muitos lugares legais, o apartamento fica próximo ao metrô pra quem quiser a comodidade, a cama é gigante e ótima pra dormir, e o anfitrião nos atendeu super bem. Nossa estadia foi ótima.
