The fully equipped kitchen also has an outdoor deck with outstanding views, an outdoor bathtub, a barbecue grill, a sink, and a stone fire pit for enjoying the garden.

It is a 3-apartment complex. This is on the ground floor, simple, with all the amenities and very nice. 50 m from the main street and 65 m from the river and beaches. Smart TV. Area with more than 10 bars and restaurants, ATMs, pharmacies, etc. All very close. The OUTDOOR HEATED POOL is shared (there are never more than 8/10 people) and is open from September 15 to May 1. For your security, look at my ratings (350 rentals completed). I've been a host for 10 years.
