Clean place with good location, comfortable beds. The hosts were very lovely people, gave us many tips, were always ready to help with everything, also hospitable. I recommend❤️

Desde el primer contacto con José Claudio y su familia me sentí parte de algo. dejé de ser un turista y me sentí como entre amigos que, con sabiduría y cariño, me ayudaron a disfrutar la estancia sin afectar mi intimidad. Tuve la sensación de estar en casa. Agradezco cada momento que pasé con ellos. La ubicación de la casa es inmejorable, es tal como la describen. Sin dudas sería mi primera elección en caso de regresar.

We are so happy that we’ve decided to stay at this house! The whole family met us and was very kind to us during our stay! It was the best room in our tour around Cuba! Seriously) great value for money. The shower is the best I ever tried in my life! There also was soap which is rare in Cuba. And breakfast was delicious. Book this apartment without any hesitation!

The house was perfectly clean, spacious and beautiful! Ileana was always there for us and also prepared a very nice breakfast. We will be back one day... Thank you, Ileana!

Mavy is a kind and energetic fun person and mother of beautiful two daughters. The house is well maintained and the breakfast was good. 10m to city center by walk. I really enjoyed watching people on the terrace. Gracias!!

Great place. Rooms are clean and comfy. Within 5- 10 minute walk from the centre. Where entertainment is nightly. Taxi from airport $20. (14 kilometres). Great hosts.

Le logement est situé quasiment en plein centre..très bel emplacement. Petit déjeuné copieux. Hôtes chaleureux et de bon conseils. Nous recommandons.

Raul et son épouse sont des gens formidables. J’y suis restée très peu de temps, une nuit seulement, je suis arrivée tard le soir sans avoir eu de connexion internet pour les prévenir, ils pensaient que je ne viendrais plus vu l’heure, mais m’ont adorablement proposé de me préparer à manger à mon arrivée, pour m’éviter de me lancer dans la recherche d’un resto. Le lendemain matin j’ai eu le droit à un super petit déjeuner. Raul s’est démené pour me trouver un taxi pour mon prochain stop. Je ne les ai vus que peu de temps mais assez pour dire que ce sont des gens incroyablement gentils

Stop scrolling and book this casa right now! If you want to know why, read below ! (: We had an amazing stay at the casa. If you come to Santa Clara by the Viazul bus, it is a close walk to her casa. When we arrived at night (12:30am), Sheila was waiting for us at the casa. Even in the night she opened the door with her bright smile and welcomed us to her casa. The next morning a huge breakfast was served to us and at night she also cooked us a lovely dish the traditional Ropa Vieja. De mini bar was also a nice plus and was refilled every day. She also changed our bedsheet and towels for us without asking. Thank you so much for that. We stayed for 2 nights in her casa, because it was so close to the center we could walk there. Near her house are some small shops owned by people living in the house. It is super cheap. If you want to change money, Sheila recommended us to go to “ casa de cambion “ which is a 10 minute walk away from the casa. It has a really good exchange rate, so we would recommend it too. Be aware of the scammers in front of the office, so DON’T change money on the street! Even if they say they have the best rate! Dear Sheila, thanks again for our pleasant stay at your casa, if we ever come back to Santa Clara we will definitely come back to your casa.

Extremamente agradável a estadia em Cienfuegos e na casa de Chabely. Casa situada num local estratégico, com fácil acesso às atrações da cidade, que são muitas. Ambiente acolhedor e agradável. Orientações úteis e precisas para se movimentar em Cienfuegos e no entorno. Ficamos 6 dias hospedados lá e tudo correu às maravilhas. Recomendo!!

Gloria and her family are very kind and hospitable. The accommodation is characterized by a family atmosphere and a pleasant interior environment. We received excellent breakfast and service. We got good ideas and directions for places to see and to get to know the area.

The location is 3 minutes away from the main square. We stayed only one night at this hotel, and unfortunately electricity was not available (as usual in this area), but a generator was available and everything went well. The host and his wife were extremely friendly and kind, and helped in all matters. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, highly recommended!
