If you're thinking of booking this place, don't hesitate, you won't regret it. Beautiful house for vacation. Super spacious, comfortable and cozy, very well located and super equipped!We stayed with 5 adults, a baby and two dogs, everything was impeccable. The garden is ideal if you travel with pets, spacious, with greenery and fenced. Excellent service from Abril, who answered our questions before making the reservation, and also from Paula, who welcomed us and was attentive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back here. The house is little bit old, but authentic, with unique furniture! The location is pretty good - quiet but nearby from the main beautiful places in the city. The owner is friendly and responsible

Paula's house was better than expected in every sense, the best was the view, trully amazing to the lake , mountains and trees. You dont see power lines or other houses, just nature and only 5 minutes from the centre of Bariloche. The last morning we woke up to see fresh snow on the top of the mountains. The house is modern, well kept, clean and the kitchen appliances , cuttlery and dishes are new and in good working order. Paula was more than helpfull with information in general and even more with suggestions of what to do with our grandsons . It was hard to leave.

A very nice small detached house, with all the necessary amenities to spend some incredible days in Bariloche. Although it is only a 15-minute walk from the civic center, the area is very peaceful and quiet. We had a small incident, which the host attended to and resolved immediately, he was always very attentive. These are the types of details that are well worth considering when renting an Airbnb, highly recommended.

Had a great time at this location! An amazing place to relax, disconnect from the world and connect with nature. The place is surrounded by many trails, and you great views right from the window. Emmanuel is a very sweet host too. Recommend to everyone!

Ernesto is a great host! was flexible at check-in, which I really appreciate. He always responded instantly to any request. The apartment is very beautiful, it has nice colors, it was warm when we arrived. The towels and sheets smelled of an exquisite aroma. Since we arrived early, his mother-in-law took care of us and was very nice to us. It is an apartment that is 100% recommended We would come back without a doubt!

A spectacular place to stay. Best view in Bariloche, beautiful accommodations, very comfortable - we felt right at home (but better)! The level of service was perfect. Everyone we encountered was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay for us. Highly highly recommend this spot.

Very nice place to stay! Super quiet, clean and safe. Afiltron is very friendly. Check-in and check-out alone, you're not dependent on anyone. I give it 10/10, we'll be back for sure.

We were very happy with our stay in Bariloche, Ivan was very helpful and attentive whenever necessary. The house is very new, with a good structure and has everything you need for cooking. We spent Christmas there and it met our expectations in every aspect. The sheets, comforters and towels are of good quality. The house was handed over to us very clean, with everything working perfectly and meeting our needs. It has a beautiful and well-maintained garden, with a fire pit that we could use to make marshmallows, very fun. The condominium has a swimming pool and common areas that we could use, it met our expectations. I highly recommend the house for a quiet family stay, and I thank Ivan for taking care of every detail to make our stay perfect.

The house is even nicer than what's shown in the photos. Very well decorated, in a beautiful setting and quite a distance from the rest of the houses. It has lots of kitchen accessories. It's spacious, comfortable, cozy and super clean. They make you want to stay and not go out! Her co-host Jimena was always attentive and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to spend a few days there with my family again. 100% recommended

The house is beautiful and very central. It has a roller that passes through the garden. It's a very comfy house for a family. Tomas was available during the entire stay. Totally recommended.

Our stay at the Ruca cabin was absolutely wonderful. The house met all our expectations and the descriptions provided in the publication were totally correct. The cabin is beautiful, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and the views of Lake Gutierrez and Cerro Catedral are truly amazing. Thank you, Micaela, for sharing this little piece of paradise. We certainly hope we will have the opportunity to come back. I recommend this cabin to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in a spectacular natural setting.

An amazing place cabana was front lake with lovely views of Nahuel Huapi, we extended our stay as the location is the best additionally you have all the facilities like an incredible quincho (bbq area) that overlooks the lake. The pool and the spa was a bonus after our excursions was nice to relax there also has sauna and small gym, kayaks and more. I won’t forget this place totally recommend it.

Paula and Pablo were super attentive! They waited for us even though our flight was delayed. They gave us a map and offered us rain jackets for our walks. The cottage is very well equipped, the heating is very good, the kitchen has everything you need. The apples they left us were a great touch, they are from their own tree on the property. They always responded to messages in a couple of minutes. Very friendly! Super good wifi/internet for work, even with video calls. Very cozy and nice space!

Dream place, very nice and comfortable. A little further from downtown than I thought, but with a vehicle you could easily access everywhere. Very friendly host, recommended anyway, I would go again.

The apartment is a new building, very nice and practical to get to know the area because of its location, I loved the sheets! The heating system is excellent! The bathroom is very nice!

Marcelo and Ana made us feel right at home, excellent hosts, they were always attentive to all our needs and always making sure we could go on walks and get to know places. A highly recommended place with excellent access, close to downtown but at the same time in a very quiet place. With amenities very close by. The cabin is beautiful, warm and cozy. Marcelo offered to pick us up and take us back to the airport. They were always at our absolute disposal. We highly recommend them and we won't hesitate to stay in their cabin when we return to Bariloche. A wonderful stay!! Thank you!! 😀

If you look at the photos and think the place is going to be a dream, you are not mistaken. The place is awesome, and we felt right at home. The view is mind-blowing. Waking up every day in that place and with that view is a unique experience. Demian: You are IMPECCABLE.
