The house is very cute! Dream views! The location is good, 10 minutes from downtown Bariloche... it has very good heating, which is very important for the winter. They greeted us and explained everything. Super friendly and friendly.

The house has all the amenities for 6 people. It's spacious, quiet and comfortable. Very close to Av. Bustillo. Ideal.

An incredible view of the lake, the space is well-designed and extremely accessible. We would come back again and again!

I am at a loss for words to describe the days I spent at this accommodation. Besides everything being impeccable in the house, the view is breathtaking, it's magical! Agustín gave me the information about the house with total clarity, we found the house easily, quick check-in, everything was amazing. I already miss the accommodation and the kitten that came every day to spy on us from the Deck. I definitely recommend it and would come back

I went for 4 nights with 8 friends, the house is very conveniently located, it is just like the photos, it was very clean, the sheets and towels were impeccable. The only thing is that it is an old house, and the upstairs floor makes a lot of noise, but we were all adults and we didn't care. I'd go back!! Excellent location and view.

The apartment is just like the photos, it has everything you need to spend a few days, impeccable and beautiful. I appreciate Marcela's attention, very kind. The place is beautiful, it is at the base of the cathedral, ideal for those who go to the hill in winter and for those who seek tranquility in summer. We'll be back 🙂

Beautiful apartment, equipped with new furniture and bedding. The highlight is the breathtaking view of the lake with the snowy mountains in the background. We really liked the heated pool and access to the Arealquen Country Club / Golf, which allowed us to take beautiful photos. Oh, I couldn't forget to mention that Jenny is very helpful, I needed to check out a little later and she allowed it without any problems. When I return to Bariloche, I will definitely stay there again ❤️

The view is beautiful, the setting is very nice and the apartment is very tasteful, new, impeccable. The pool area and balconies, as well as the sum, were very good. Be aware that the insulation between apartments is not good and you can hear footsteps from the apartment above and noise from the apartment next door. Not many deliveries arrive. But the view is incredible

Guillermo’s place is charming and very comfortable. You have views of Lago Nahuel Huapi from several rooms and it is cozy and very nicely decorated and designed. It had a lot of character and is also very well taken care of. We liked the location in town and of course the surrounding area is beautiful. It was an incredible trip and the apartment was a wonderful part of it. Thank you for having us!

We had a beautiful stay at Alejandra's apartment. The view is beautiful. She communicated immediately and was attentive to our needs. The area is very quiet in summer. We went without a car and were able to get around by Uber and walking. We loved it!!

The apartment is beautiful, everything worked perfect. The views are amazing and the photos are not as cute as reality. Veronica was super helpful, I even buy us provisions for the day we arrive at night. The place is highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent!

We spent the Christmas holiday as a family in Diego's home. It's spectacular; both the inside and the surrounding grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Amazing house with incredible views! Ceci our host and administrator was extremely responsive, personable and super sweet! I loved dealing with her. She made our stay that much more comfortable! Our family really enjoyed this house! Don't think twice!

Vanesa's house is very beautiful, really like the photos of the listing. I was wrong because I thought the house was inside the Arelauquen Golf, but it is very close, and with easy access to Cerro Catedral. Vanesa met very well! I recommend the house. It is not inside a gated community, but it has an alarm and everything was fine.

The house is beautiful, the place is super accessible, close to the civic center, but at the same time quiet, the host attended us fabulously well. We look forward to returning.

The house is excellent, and matches the listing. Efficient heating, with temperature control in almost every room; very nice natural lighting; large spaces; super well equipped. The location makes the experience very pleasant, due to the silence, exclusivity and nature around. The host gave us all the necessary info and was always very prompt. The property, very kind and polite, welcomed us on the day of arrival, and gave all the necessary information to enjoy the house in the best possible way. There were already basic products to enjoy the house immediately, without the need to run to the supermarket. In fact, the property was kind enough to buy some essentials before our arrival, since we would arrive late and would not have an open supermarket. I have nothing but compliments for Mariana, Luli, and Juan. Thank you for welcoming our family in such a special way.

The house was stunning and Fernando was a spectacular host. We were particularly grateful that he managed to track down two cribs for our babies to use during our stay, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
