Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Located on the 3rd floor of a newly renovated building situated in the Old Town, next to the Castle Hills and the main access to the lake (and a small beach). Olemas on ka konditsioneer ja kamin, mis lisavad mõnusat mugavust igal aastaajal. Järv on vaid 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel ja üle tee asub väike pood. The apartment is in a very good location if you would like to stay near the Viljandi castle hills or the Ugala Theatre, the beach of Lake Viljandi is also just 15 minutes walking distance. The apartment is located in a recently renovated apartment building on the second floor in a part of the courtyard, there is no elevator in the building.
