The house is over 2 floors with bedroom on the 2nd floor and living room, bathroom, entrance and kitchen on the 1st floor. The property has a fenced garden with a pergola and furniture. Samueltun is located "in the middle of the butter dish" and has a short distance to shops, mountains and sea, and a delightful beach.
