Welcome to my apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you could possibly need. Bedroom with large double bed, extra mattress, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. Free parking upon registration, which I can arrange. Only 15 minutes by car to the city center. For public transport travelers, it is a three-minute walk to the bus stop. From there it takes 10 minutes by bus to Sirkus Shopping Center where there is a further transition to the city center which takes 10 minutes. There are great hiking opportunities nearby.

Apartment | Grilstad Marina

Practical and modern apartment with good location at Grilstad Marina close to the lake, hiking areas, restaurants, shopping center and frequent connection to Trondheim city center. The charging path right outside extends all the way to Nyhavna in the city center. There are good swimming opportunities in the immediate area, including Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and Væresbukta. Many playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several major study sites such as NTNU.

The cabin is located in a peaceful area, ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy nature. There is plenty of space for parking (up to four cars), and the cabin offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere – perfect for couples, friends or families who want a quiet stay with a short distance to both the city and nature.

Sofa bed with a width of 140 cm can be set up for one or two people in addition. Lake view and exit to the garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with playground and hiking areas nearby. Short distance to the store and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to the city center.

Spacious basement apartment with 3 bedrooms between Stjørdal/Værnes and Trondheim (15 min to city center, 30 min to airport). The host lives in his own apartment in the same house and is happy to help if needed.

Vårt koselige anneks på ca 70 kvm har flott utsikt, og ligger bare noen få steinkast unna stranda, bademuligheter og start på Ladestien. Uteplass på begge sider av huset. Leiligheten har to soverom og en stue, og egner seg bra for både alene-reisende, par, familier og forretningsreisende.

Grønberg Gård, great apartment 20 min from Trheim.

Grønberg farm is located in scenic surroundings by the sea. It was built in 1910 and was fully renovated in 2015/2016. The house is preserved according to the regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage, has a modern bathroom and kitchen, but retains its original atmosphere.
