The place is close to highway and easily accessible. There is place for car parking just outside the gate. Venkata garu is flexible with check in and check out. He proactively checked in with us to see if we needed anything, always available to address any queries and gave us local recommendations. The place is regularly cleaned and has all amenities mentioned in the listing including washing machine which was not listed at the time of our booking. Place has good internet to work from home and also supports EV charging. Uncle and aunty are very friendly people, accommodating and hospitable. We stayed with our dog for a week and had a very comfortable stay.

The place was as described in the listing. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with supermarket and restaurants at walkable distance. The room and living space was very clean and the host has been very responsive and helpful throughout. Check in and check out was also very smooth. Definitely recommended place if you are looking for homely and peaceful stay while in Guntur.

Place was very spacious and well lit with all the necessary amenities. The best part of the house which we liked the most was the swing in the patio. Hosts were very accommodative. Overall it was a good experience!
