35m2 designer apartment renovated, comfortable (fiber internet, netflix, office space, dining area, queen size bed). Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, free parking in front of the building. Area close to the train station and schools, a stone's throw from various essential shops (bank, tobacconist, bakery, supermarket). All you have to do is put down your suitcases, linens, welcome tea and coffee provided, cleaning included. Independent entrance allowing you to arrive at your own pace

Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.
