Monthly Rentals in Vigeland

A large apartment, clean and comfortable. Min point was that the cooking area and water was in a different room. But with all the other positive points, this was not insurmountable.

We spent 9 days at Lene's house, and we loved it very much. Even though the weather was mostly rainy and overcast, we enjoyed the spectacular view from the house. Nature around is stunning, going for a drive gives you a surprise at every turn of the road, there so many beautiful fjords. We were concerned about the street right next to the house, but the traffic is moderate and it didn't disturb us at all. The house is meticulously clean, and it looks the way you expect after seeing the images. Lene is very responsive and friendly, when we had a question about heating and using the stove, she came immediately out to show us how it works, and she gave us some helpful information about the area. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely like to come again, maybe in spring when there is a better chance to have some sun.

our stay at Dagfinn was in one word fantastic. We were very nicely received, and Dagfinn showed us the whole house, and how everything worked. The house was super clean, and everything you need was there. The view from the house was great. We looked out over the garden, where cows stood, and in the distance you could see the lake. We could also use the rowboat. This accommodation is highly recommended and worth the money. Dagfinn, thank you for a wonderful week.

What a special atmospheric house: you travel back in time, partly because of the original elements, but also because Karl has modernized the house with a lot of love and respect for that original style. It is quite spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and it has a nice shower. Furthermore, it has a small place with a BBQ behind the house to sit when the weather is nice, making you almost forget that the garden around it is much larger. Also nice to walk around a little further in the area, there is a beautiful lake not far from the house. Karl is proactive in communicating about the stay, and very friendly. We felt very welcome there!
