An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was spotless and incredibly well-maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better; we were just minutes away from major attractions, restaurants, and shopping, which made getting around super convenient. On top of that, the host was fantastic — very responsive, clear with instructions, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Jordon place is very clean and well equipped.Great kitchen with all you would require. In a great location with subway stations very close and also bus services.Does not have air con and was quite warm at times.The plane noise is somewhat loud but didn’t worry me.The area is very working class but felt safe.All in all good value for the money Thanks for the stay Jordon

The stay in the apartment was excellent, very well located, everything is new, the kitchen is very well equipped with new and modern appliances. There were also basic items available, such as coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. I loved the apartment, I'll definitely come back more often.

Tiffany’s place was a great choice for our LA stay. The home was exactly as described in the listing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the whole family had an enjoyable stay. She was super responsive and made many local recommandations.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly accommodating, even welcoming us on short notice, which made our trip stress-free. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. One of the standout features is its great location—perfectly positioned for events at SoFi Stadium and other major venues in Los Angeles. Our group spanned three generations, including an 80-year-old and two 19-year-olds, and the space worked beautifully for all of us. It was comfortable, accessible, and suited our different needs, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, and travelers of all ages. I will absolutely keep this Airbnb in mind for future visits and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the LA area for any type of trip. Five stars all around! We stayed here for a family member’s graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-designed, and peaceful, with beautifully maintained, private landscaping. It was perfect for a guest in our group with knee issues, thanks to the two ground-floor bedrooms and thoughtful touches like a bench at the entry for the no-shoes policy. The iPad system controls everything from the hot tub to house music, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lori, the house manager, was exceptional—warm, responsive, and solved a minor lock issue in minutes. The location is excellent: a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and stores, and about 20 minutes on foot to downtown Culver City. Erewhon and many other amenities are located there, and driving to downtown takes just a couple of minutes. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for anyone visiting LA.

We spent a weekend at Juresha’s location and we loved our entire stay. House was clean, organized, and contained lots of cozy amenities. We actually wish we stayed in the house more rather than jumping around LA! Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean. We were in the area for an event at SoFi and it was the perfect spot for easy access to the venue. Juresha was proactive with communicating details to us, checking in, and sharing details about the home to make sure we were comfortable. Would recommend! Thank you.

Cam’s place was clutter free which I loved. She thought of everything you might need and very welcoming. I felt right at home, I personally tried to leave it as she gave it to us. I felt her expectations were nothing out of the ordinary from us, pretty much just treat it as your own. Her home is 20 min away from airport; 10 -15 min away from gym (LA fitness), costco, sofi stadium and other places. We were there for business negotiations so the cozy home helped much!!! I would love to come back and rent again! FYI we did have a rental which Cam recommends in her listing..

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! Our family had returned from a 17 night cruise we had alot of washing to do, the property had a large washing machine and dryer to use. the softest toilet paper, handtowels and linen, it felt very comfortable and spacious. park and hoops across the road Thank you

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Wonderful place. Only unfortunate thing is that we were right next to the main entrance so we heard people coming in and out. It only sucked because i was up and i got scared but would have never noticed if i was asleep. Wish i had time to visit the rooftop. It is a must stay. Host is very friendly and responsive. She made sure I was okay even though she was dealing with an 8 hr time difference. That’s service! Close to the beach.

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!
