You will be able to benefit from the tranquility and privacy of this studio: totally independent of the rest of the pavilion, directly accessible from the outside. In the opinion of the people hosted: ideal for a romantic weekend or simply a business trip. You will then discover why we are so happy in this house: a quiet area but with all amenities: easy parking, small supermarket 150 m away (open until 8 p.m. and Sunday morning) And above all: less than 3 km from the hyper-centre, bus stop right in front, easy and free parking.

Charming house in Tours, 2 steps from the banks of the Loire, 5 minutes from the center, 2 minutes from the highway, 5 minutes from the airport, easy access. It will allow you to enjoy the city while being in the countryside because the 1000 m2 garden is very landscaped and flowery during the beautiful seasons. The house is very nice, of reasonable size, it can accommodate 5 people with its two independent bedrooms, as well as its two shower rooms. Wifi is not possible but the network is ok.

This apartment is very well located for visiting the castles of the Loire and also discovering the city, its restaurants, its bars and especially the beautiful banks of the Loire. Ideal base also for cycling the Loire: I have a secure bicycle storage room. Bedroom 1 overlooks an inner courtyard, the living room and kitchen overlook Rue Colbert and bedroom 2 overlooks a small street, my apartment being a corner apartment. Breakfast is included with local products.

This apartment is centrally located in a quiet area. The entire city is within walking distance. Public transit in front of the building The TGV station is 10 minutes --then Paris Montparnasse 1h. Two private car parks and a cellar are available Cars and bicycles are safe. It is fully equipped for 4 people (2 bedrooms, 2 beds 160). Access by elevator from the parking in the basement. Quiet area close to cultural places (museum, cinemas, castle..)
