Very nice stay with a private little terrace. They welcome animals too which is a great plus. Just perfect overall. Restaurant l’Affaire est Ketchup not too far away is worth going. Enjoy

We have stayed in Quebec City in winter a few times before and this was our favorite stay. The location can’t be beat, it is walkable to everything in Old Quebec. Simo was just the nicest person and very responsive. He owns a sushi restaurant next door and brought us some upon check in - I can report that it was delicious! The space itself is very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The included garage parking spot was a big perk!! The garage is just behind the building and easily accessible with a key card that is provided.

Francois condo was perfect for us! We loved the modern and minimal design. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped with all necessary amenities. Comfortable bed and we appreciated the AC. Thank you Francois!

This was a lovely, well furnished apartment that had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. We enjoyed peaceful meals on the balcony overlooking the city and were within walking distance of most sight-seeing destinations. Thanks for a great stay!

The perfect home base for our explorations of the Old City. Vibrant city neighborhood where both the Lower City and Upper City were easily reached. Parked our car 2 blocks away in a garage and left it there. Easy walk to the loft. Comfy apartment with a fully appointed kitchen saved us some $ eating in. Earlier reviews about bathroom privacy were not issues for us. We loved the funky spaciousness. Felt very secure in the building and out in the street. Tall folks, watch your head on the spiral staircase. 😀 Memorable stay in a memorable place.

Stéphane's place provided with a nice, quiet and fully equiped and modern studio. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.

Je séjourne souvent pour le travail dans le condo de David et c'est un réel bonheur à chaque fois. L'Unité est toujours propre et confortable. J'apprécie la borne de voiture électrique en bas et le garage disponible. A distance de marche des beaux attraits de Québec. N'hésitez pas, coupe de coeur assuré. Merci David.

Excellent across the board. The location is perfect to walk to the old city and apartment. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. You can walk and eat your way around the city from this location. Desk staff was great, easy entry and exit. One pro tip. We had a truck so it wouldn’t fit in the onsite parking. There is city parking 2 blocks away. We had parking for three days, taking the car out once, for $30CAD. The front desk recommended it.

The place was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is colourful but is close to Rue Saint Joseph that has a few options for coffee and dining. If you enjoy walking, this place is a fairly easy trek to get to Gare de Palais (main train station) and to the Old City. Jérémy is a very responsive host and was able to accommodate an early check-in.

Nice, secure unit in a mid-rise building that is seemingly mostly or all AirBnB units. It was very clean and comfortable, and instructions and communication were great. Parking a few blocks away was easy and straight-forward. While this location is on a busy street, including a ton of bus traffic, the unit itself seemed quiet. The street can be a little sketchy with homeless and the like, but we didn't run into any issues or felt unsafe. There are several really fun neighborhoods with restaurants, bars, sights, etc. withing just a couple of blocks in any direction. It took us 15-20 minutes to walk into the heart of old Quebec, and we also enjoyed several of the more local establishments (within a 5 min walk) including a great bakery, karaoke bar, great pizza restaurant, and a live music afternoon lounge. I was disappointed that the pool was closed (a couple weeks into June), but otherwise the rooftop terrace was a great place to bring a picnic and relax. I'd stay here again!

Quebec City is not large, so you don't have to stay in the old town in order to access the old town from areas like Saint Roche. The accomodation is beautiful. Lots of frontage, so plenty of light. Brick walls add to the warmth of the place. Plenty of space. Very open layout. The area has a visible number of homeless people about, but it's most definitely NOT downmarket. I'm not sure why. There appears to be some sort of services around the YMCA, which is perhaps why they're around. But that's a feature of so many North America cities these days. Better to accept, understand, and learn to make a difference if you can. I would return here in a flash!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is very central and close to the Plains of Abraham, museums and lower Quebec City. Vincent also provides guests with a book full of places to visit and places to eat. The only thing for guests to be aware of, is that the apartment is up a steep set of stairs which was quite difficult to manage with luggage. I also had some difficulty with unlocking one of the doors. Other than that, we really enjoyed this apartment.

Lovely and cozy abode in Beauport with a grocery store, two pharmacies nearby and some local cafes. Loved the charming and relaxing decor style!

Super séjour c’est vraiment merveilleux juste une petite bémol je wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien mais avec la vue et l’endroit qui etait merveilleux notre séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes merci

Super endroit malgré une réservation tardive Eric à su me répondre rapidement car j’étais en visite à Québec pour venir voir amis et famille sa rend vraiment les choses simple et pour pouvoir décrocher de la routine le spas était de mise. J’y séjournerais pour mes prochaines vacances!!!

The place was awesome - quiet, clean, close to nature, and with a great view of Mont-Sainte-Anne! The condo has a private entrance, and it's possible to park right in front, which was very convenient. Nadia was extremely responsive and helpful whenever anything came up. A+!

The house was very clean, smells clean, and lots of extra touches that you’d not usually see in an airbnb. The view into the woods is a great plus- and the skylight as well. Bright space and good location. It’s easily one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever rented. It’s reasonably priced as well.
