Beach house vacation rentals in Vietnam

Fantastic place for group gathering, big family. Lots of nice food within 5~10 mins Grab. Very helpful co-host, sorry I can't recall his name. But I'm pretty sure I'll be back next 2026.

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Great location for our family of three. Hosts were available to communicate with. Easy biking around the neighborhood. Found a gym nearby and tons of restaurants. Pool was a nice bonus. Shared with other units can be crowded but also opportunity to meet new people. Loud music went until midnight a couple of nights and we didn’t get the unit we booked. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms but the other two were totally fine. Overall we had a good stay.

WOW!!! Amazing, tranquil and a beautiful place to stay in Hoi An. So close to surrounding destinations. We can't wait to return. Thankyou so much 💓

As a newbie to Cham Island I think I was lucky to stay here because the host does everything to assist you with anything you might need. The host's aunt nextdoor cooks wonderful meals and the hospitality is unmatched! The view from the house is nice with a cool temple and some ocean in view as well! The beach is so close! Walk outside and there it is! You should definatly hire a little round boat to take you snorkeling just a short ways to the south! The coral is amazing and you can see why this island is protected! I will stay here again when I return to Cham for another round of island paradise!

Wenn ich könnte würde ich dem Airbnb 6 Sterne geben. Binh hat uns direkt empfangen, da er neben der Unterkunft auf dem selben Grundstück wohnt und uns alles gezeigt. Durch den wunderschönen und liebevoll hergerichteten Garten konnte man zu dem kleinen privaten Strand gehen und in der Hängematte die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir bekamen auch einige Vorschläge für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Orte, die man auf der Insel besuchen kann. Eine Taucherbrille hatten wir dort auch und wir durften das SUP von Binh benutzen. Wir haben die meiste Zeit auf der Insel hier verbracht, weil der Ort zu schön ist, als dass man ihn verlassen möchte. Außerdem bekamen wir jeden Morgen Bánh Mì geliefert und konnten jeden Tag angeben, ob wir etwas vom Markt brauchen. Binh hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und sich super um alles gekümmert. Das Airbnb ist sehr durchdacht und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt einwandfrei und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! :)

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. The old town is only a 20 min cycle/ 5 min Grab away. If I could give 10*’s i would. Thank you Mei from Keith, Kirsty, Caroline and Zach

The Airbnb was perfectly located right next to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for us to spend our mornings and evenings there—it was just a short walk away. We had requested a late cleaning, which was accommodated smoothly. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d love to visit and stay at this place again!

Nous avons profité de 5 nuits dans cette superbe maison moderne et toutefois très conviviale, les espaces sont très bien répartis. Tout est parfait pour un séjour en famille agréable, belle piscine privée mais aussi beau complexe hôtelier avec plusieurs espaces piscine, solarium, restaurants, salle de gym, sauna, hammam… un service de buggy nous emmène a la plage et son restaurant. Les espaces verts sont magnifiques, Nguyen Hường est une personne très aimable et courtoise, toujours prête à vous aider et nous la remercions encore pour ce séjour qui nous a permis de recharger nos batteries avant de quitter le Vietnam

Mình vừa có dịp nghỉ dưỡng tại Hải An's Home Phan Thiết và thật sự cảm thấy rất hài lòng. Không gian ở đây cực kỳ sạch sẽ, thoáng mát và được trang trí tinh tế, mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng như ở nhà. Chủ nhà thân thiện, nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ nhanh chóng mọi thắc mắc từ lúc đặt phòng đến khi trả phòng. Đặc biệt, mình rất ấn tượng với sự chu đáo trong từng chi tiết nhỏ – từ khăn tắm thơm tho, giường nệm êm ái cho đến khu bếp đầy đủ tiện nghi. Vị trí của homestay cũng rất thuận lợi, gần biển và các điểm ăn uống, vui chơi nổi tiếng ở Phan Thiết. Buổi sáng có thể đi bộ ra biển ngắm bình minh, buổi tối lại yên tĩnh nghỉ ngơi sau một ngày khám phá. Nếu bạn đang tìm một nơi nghỉ dưỡng vừa tiện nghi, vừa gần gũi như nhà thì Hải An's Home là lựa chọn không thể bỏ qua. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào lần sau!

非常适合全家人或者几家人，sailing club是度假村，也有gym（免费）和早餐（需要另外购买），老板提供了很多细节信息，有问必答。私人泳池很干净，每天有人清理，有循环水，度假很好的选择

Nhà mới nên rất sạch, đẹp và rộng rãi, quản gia cũng hỗ trợ mình rất nhanh. Giá cả hợp lí cho mặt bằng VT lun ạ. 100 điểm

During our trip, we decided to try something new and rent an entire house in one of Nha Trang’s alleyways — and Trà’s house turned out to be the perfect choice for us. It’s close to many interesting tourist spots, surrounded by plenty of cafes, ATMs, and just a relaxed 5–8 minute walk from the sea. But the highlight was the house itself — it was amazing: cool, spacious, and full of charm! I can definitely recommend renting this house as a wonderful way to immerse yourself in local life with a touch of authenticity!

이 숙소를 선택한다면 당신은 평화로운 분위기와 관광객보다 동네 주민들이 더 많은 맛집들을 얻게 될 것입니다. 번화가 한복판은 아니지만 집이 정말 아늑하여 나트랑으로 이주한 것 같은 기분을 느끼게 해줍니다. 음식을 해먹기에도 충분한 주방과 거실, 숙면을 취할 수 있는 침실과 바닷물에 젖은 옷을 널 수 있는 마당까지 모두 한곳에 모여있습니다. Yen과 그녀의 어머니는 정말 친절하며 우리에게 필요한 서비스를 제공해 줍니다. 나트랑에 다시 방문하게 된다면 꼭 무키하우스에 다시 묵고 싶습니다. 덕분에 아주 행복한 여행이 되었어요🫶🏻

Nous avons bien aimé cet hostel, c’est un endroit calme et paisible pour se reposer sur le bord de la piscine tout en se faisant bronzer ou en buvant une bière sur le bord de la plage. Nous recommandons 😊

Together with my brother and parents, I stayed at the Pineapple house. Hiên welcomed us in personal to show us the house. She was really easy to contact for questions, recommendations and super helpfull. She arranged scooters for us to use too. the appartement was really clean and as descibred on the pictures: everything you need is there. The coffeeroom opposite of the house is also great! Only negative point is all the noise from passing busses from 5 am untill afternoon.

Our stay at Jack’s newly build house with a garden in front of the living room was just great! He himself lives in a nearby house, so it was also very convenient to bring him (and pick up from him) clothing for laundry service or ask some questions live. Jack is a very responsive and caring host, we glad we picked his AirBnb.

Wir waren 6 Tage in der idyllischen Unterkunft von Huong und Keith. Wir haben die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und den schönen Garten/die Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend ausgestattet (Filteranlage Trinkwasser, Dampfbügelsystem, Spiele, Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine...) Van war eine herausragende Housekeeperin und Huong und Keith hervorragende Gastgeber, die immer schnell mit Tipps und Informationen für all unsere Wünsche unterstützt haben. Eine absolute Empfehlung!!

완전 시내가 아닌 담시장 근처라 저녁때 조용해서 오히려 좋았어요. 룸4개 화장실3개라 가족들이 함께 가기에 더 좋았습니다. 다만 1층에는 방이 없고 계단이 좁고 가파른 편이라 나이드신 어르신들과 함께 가기엔 좀 어려울 것 같아요 그럼에도 컨디션 좋은 매트리스와 빵빵한 에어컨, 깔끔한 시설 등 좋은 부분이 훨씬 많아서 다음에도 나트랑 오면 또 이용할 것 같아요:)

Дом с 3 этажами, недалеко от центра +быстрый вайфай на каждом этаже подходит для удаленной работы +спокойная улица +есть выход в сад, можно поливать грядки и просто медитировать +в доме очень милые гекконы, которые охотятся на комаров, термитов и других насекомых. Пожалуйста, не обижайте гекконов : ) -на острове еще нет Grab сервисов, поэтому нельзя заказать еду и такси -лучше всего снять байк, чтобы ездить по достопримечательностям -нет рабочего стола ни на одном этаже внутри, только на верандах
