We have stayed with Scott previously. He has always been a great host!! We appreciate him be easy to reach and communicate with.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and just as described. The beds were comfortable — we usually wake up with backaches, but we slept great every night here. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were also accommodating with our request for an early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip so much easier. The boat parking was another big bonus and super convenient. Overall, a great experience — we’d definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!

Lovely place to stay! Stocked kitchen with spices and utensils. Lots of towels and essentials provided. Lisa, the local host, was absolutely wonderful! The view from the sunroom is breathtaking and loved watching the dolphins. The house does sit at the curve in the road and you see all the headlights at night if you're sitting outside. Not much noise reduction between second floor and first floor.

This was our second time visiting. Great location, clean home, amenities were as described and more. Also, great local beaches for kids to swim and fish.

Place was amazing! Great fishing, caught a catfish, crab, stingrays and small sharks! The bait shop was a walkable distance! The house felt comfortable and cool! Will definitely be booking again!

Walked in to fresh lemonade & fresh eggs in the icebox along with fresh pastries! The house was clean and very pretty. Owners were kind and available for all questions. Our family felt very safe and comfortable.

It was a wonderful place to stay! Lots of room! It had everything we needed! We stay here at least once a year when visiting Palacios! Great place with everything we needed.

We were looking for peace and quiet to rest and recharge. Couldn't have found a better retreat. We went from the beach to the pool to sleep. Worked in a little pool on their pool table. All and all it was the perfect vacation for what we needed. The only intrusion was a duck that showed up the last night and I suppose swam around in the rain puddles and quacked for hours. I tried to run it off, but ended up just stuffing a pillow over my head. Kind of funny now.

We got it last minute since they cancelled our previous reservation due to more dogs been at the property (we were traveling with 3 dogs). Jason replied quick and we booked it immediately. House located in a quiet place. A lot of mosquitoes but it was already disclosed and also known for that area.

Perfect spot for a fishing trip on San Antonio Bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Super quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy stay, which was what I needed.

Our team has stayed here multiple times! Always a great place. Lots of beds & lots of space. They love all the options for things to do at the house. Pool table, shuffleboard, darts and cornhole!

This place is really a great spot to fish. They really have thought about all the items one might need to enjoy themselves. One of the better places I have stayed at as far as home away from home atmosphere.

karim was very helpful and responsive. I had a car issue and he was very prompt in helping mr. The property itself was super beautiful. Benny the groundsmen was also super sweet and kind during my stay. I had such a lovely time viewing the lake and getting the relaxation I needed by the pool. Everything in the property looks exactly like the photos. I also love the two dogs on the property and the donkey!

The place was perfect. Everything was provided and all rooms are very relaxing. We are already planning a trip back next year.
