The popular Haukland beach is located about 15 minutes from the cabin. Leknes town, airport and hurtigruten ferry a short distance from the cabin. If you want to try your luck in the rich fishing waters of Vestfjorden, boat rental is possible. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

Hjellebua - Stamsund, in the heart of Lofoten

Cozy and modern cabin by the lake in the fishing village Stamsund. Many hiking opportunities, alpine facilities and illuminated trails in the immediate vicinity. Two grocery stores within walking distance, one of which is open on Sundays, as well as a gas station. In Stamsund you will find cozy cafes, a yoga center and several art galleries. Stamsund is located in the middle of Lofoten. Leknes is 10-15 minutes away. An hour's drive north is Svolvær, and an hour and a half south is Reine/Moskenes. Short distance to the popular beaches Haukland, Uttakleiv and Unstad.

It is located at the end of the road and therefore there is no car traffic past the cabin! Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the view, with sun from morning to evening🌞 Great opportunities to go mountain hiking nearby, or try your luck with fishing. My boyfriend and I bought this modern fishing cabin in July 2018, as a holiday home. It is located right by the ocean front with great views. It is situated on two floors, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 1.5 baths, well equipped kitchen and open plan living rooms with spectacular views. You will love our place because of the location, the view, and the tranquility. A warm welcome in an extraordinary setting awaits you.

Life jackets included. Gasoline to be provided by the tenant; there are gas cans.

Original Rorbu with sauna and wilderness bath

One of the very few original fishermen's cabins still around. It is more than 150 years old, but has been re-done and is in very good condition. The timber walls offers genuine ambience, yet the cabin also offers conveniences such as a sauna, bathroom and modern kitchen. The rorbu is most suitable for a couple or a family with 2 children.
