New large boat for the 2027 season. The place is registered as a commercial fishing business. Here you can relax or be active. Enjoy nature with hikes in the mountains in the immediate area, both on skis and on foot. Go out on the sea with kayaks or a boat. Take a drive to Åndalsnes, Trollstigen, Ålesund or Molde. Come home and enjoy the evening with great food on the grill and relax around the campfire. The hot tub is ready to relax in after the day's activity. There is a short distance to Trollstigen, Åndalsnes, Molde and Ålesund. Fantastic hiking opportunities and nature experiences are available nearby. Private beach is included. The waterfront house has a loft in addition to the two bedrooms. The loft has two mattresses of 120 cm x 200 cm. There is a freezer. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling.

Outdoor area to play badminton and a spacious porch to enjoy the view of our beautiful mountains. All the mountains in Vestnes are described in a book in the apartment, and snowshoes are also available for loan.

The house has a quiet and peaceful location, and is well equipped with what you need.

The boathouse is a bit provisional and simple, but gives a feeling of vacation and camping life. Sleep and wake up to the sound of waves and streams flowing outside the boathouse.
