Cottage in rural surroundings

Cozy cottage on the countryside. Lots of great opportunities for nature experiences on foot, skiing and biking. The swimming area about 300 m away at lovely Nessjøen. Magnor center about 2 km there you have, for example, Magnor Glassworks and porcelain, Ingelsrud pastry shop, Kiwi and petrol station. Skotterud about 7 km. It has several shops and coffees. Sweden is about 4km away. Charlottenberg shopping center located a little further in Alpine center about 20 mins away. Kongsvinger golf club about 25km and there is a golf course in Eda.

In summer, close to the beach and in winter, close to the ski slope. This idyllic wooden house is located between the small villages of Köla and Bålstad, located on the river Kölaälven. The Hugn and Ränken lakes are 200 meters away, where there is also a seaside resort with sandy beach.
