Ideal life, half in the city, half in the countryside It feels very good to stay in a homestay in the Norwegian countryside for one night Thank you very much to the host Kristin for preparing dinner and breakfast for me This house has retained the appearance of a Norwegian farmhouse from decades ago. I'm very happy to have the opportunity to stay here on my trip to Norway. This is a perfect one-night stay on my trip to Norway.

I was looking for accommodation near to the resorts of Voss and Myrkdalen. I hired a car at the airport and drove, Voss was 30mins and Myrkdalen was 50mins so for me ideally placed. Bridget even helped me plan my day off and the public transport to and from my Fjord cruise. I was made very welcome using the family room and felt at ease whether integrating with the whole family or just sat reading my book. Jason the pet dog was a joy but feel that not being into dog's would not have been a problem. I didn't have an evening meal with the family but did use the kitchen to prepare my own food. The breakfast was very good and varied. I recycle all i can at home in the UK but was impressed by their system. Parking was easy being just outside.

Very friendly hosts. They were welcoming us warmly. They provided excellent breakfast with orange juice. They were helpful. Recommend the strongly.

We were pleased with this stay--it is a gem! Quiet, beautiful views, charming room. We enjoyed the patio and extra blankets all evening! Highly recommend dinner here and the vegetarian option was delicious. Breakfast was quite a variety of hot and cold items. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

A simple but very nicely guided, well-kept cabin, similar to huts from the alpine club. Epicly beautiful location, very tasty food and amazing hosts. Although the B&B is located directly above the E16. At night there was practically no traffic. The road didn't bother at all.
