Nice little conservatory to the west with sun terrace and morning terrace to the east. The apartment is heated with a heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Only 2.5 km to the lovely trading town of Lemvig, where there are restaurants, cafés and fine specialty shops. 13 km to the bustling North Sea, which is always an experience. Thyborøn, with a still active fishing port, can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

There is a nice, wind-free terrace with good outdoor furniture and a kettle grill. At the center there is a swimming pool, mini golf, playground, coin laundry, billiards, table tennis, restaurant Agger Darling etc. 50m to the fjord, 1 km to the North Sea and in the middle of the beautiful Thy National Park. Very good bike and hiking trails close to the apartment. Wi-Fi in the house.

The townhouse is perfect for a family vacation or a trip with friends. The house is located in the first row with a view of the Limfjord and with a short distance to both the North Sea and Thy National Park. Dogs are welcome. The area offers great walks, bike routes and lots of experiences in nature – perfect for both two- and four-legged. There is free access to common facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, mini golf and playground. The restaurant Agger Darling is located in connection with the holiday center.

Apartment consists of kitchen and living room in one, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There is sleeping space for 4 people. There is free access to the swimming pool with, among other things, a hot tub and children's pool. There is a play basement, bouncy castle, playgrounds, tennis courts and beach volleyball courts. The apartment is located about 2 km from Lemvig – in beautiful nature, close to the water and Lemvig Golf Club. There is a charging station for cars in connection with the holiday center.
