The property has a large, sunny lawn that invites you to play, relax and enjoy long summer days. You have your own swimming area with a diving board and a private dock, as well as a Zodiac Medline 580 with a 115 hp Evinrude.

Designed to enjoy late days in the sun. In the common area there are several beach zones and playgrounds in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. The cabin is on 2 floors and offers a large living room, kitchen with large dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms (8 - 10 beds) and 2 bathrooms. There is a possibility for a berth on the jetty for an additional fee.

The cottage is beautifully located on the hill of Røveråsen, about a 20-minute walk away, which provides absolutely stunning views over the fjord and the strait towards Skjærhalden, Kirkøy and Nordre Sandøy, AND first-class sun conditions from morning to evening. In the cabin there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, and in the annex there are 4-6 beds.

Play volleyball on your own beach, eat out in one of the dining areas, read a book on the jetty or jump from the diving tower and swim a lap. Spend time with your family, relax and enjoy some relaxing days all to yourselves.

Large open concept living room and kitchen. Very sunny and sheltered. Parking on the property. Three bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, one room with a bunk bed (2 sleeping places) and a room with a 120 cm bed. No running water in the cabin. Water is available from a cistern that is filled with rainwater. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sand box, private wooden play house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bedding/towels.

Cozy little holiday home on Spjærøy on Hvaler. The brewery house is part of an old small farm and the hosts live in the main house. Here, you can enjoy quiet and peaceful days in the garden, or go for a walk to the lake. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that partly roam freely.

"Bua" in maritime surroundings!

Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand jetty! Bua is a cozy cabin located on Hvaler's perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while you get a taste of boating. Bua is located in connection with the boat docks, so you can expect to meet people who are vacationing in their boats. There are bathing facilities on site with a bathing staircase at the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of nice nature with forests, trails and mountains. A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 meters from the sea and offers a stunning view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area, and some amazing sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive, and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbar that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the end of a dead-end road.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
