WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmentally and allergy-friendly paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Annex

Enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful nature from the armchairs by the room's large window to the west. The annex contains: kitchen, (dining) living room/bedroom - divided by a half wall. Here is a dining table, 2 armchairs, a three-quarter bed, a sofa bed, a baby bed. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hotplates, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, tableware, etc. There is a separate toilet building for the annex. Laundry: in the private laundry room for 30 kr. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 35./5 Euro per set. Pets are welcome.

Little Red Riding Hood's House - hidden in the deep, quiet forest

Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Nature cabin Gademosen in the heart of Himmerland. It is a 1 bedroom cottage with sofa bed and dining table. There is a kitchenette with a fridge-freezer and a wardrobe. At the end of the cottage is an outdoor kitchen with cold water, oven and stove. A lovely terrace. A little further away, there is a toilet building with a toilet and sink with cold water. No bath. Bed linen, linens and towels are included in the price. Breakfast can be purchased. Within walking distance is Himmerland Football Golf and open garden by appointment. Close to Rebild Hills and Rold Forest.

You will have your own entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom entrance to the TV room/kitchenette with the possibility of sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed. From the TV room, there is access to a private bathroom/toilet. There will be the opportunity to store things in a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. Cold drinks can be purchased for DKK 5 and wine for DKK 35. Pay in cash or MobilePay.

Unique and charming beach cottage on the waterfront overlooking Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov and Lillebælt. Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Boligen er en del af en 3-længet gård med egen indgang og lukket have med tilhørende terrasse. Boligen ligger i landlige omgivelser med udsigt over marker men tæt ved indkøb og Silkeborg by. Boligen ligger helt op ad landevejen men har lydisolerede vinduer. Men støj fra trafik må forventes- særligt i hverdagene, hvor der kører lastbiler og traktore og ved høsttid. I den hyggelige landsby Stenderup, i haven på Lystrupvej ligger denne hytte. Du har din egen bolig på 40 m2, super hyggeligt med eget køkken/stue, bad og soveværelse. Soveværelser med 2 enkeltsenge, Sovesofa til 2 børn, eller en voksen. Der er ikke inkluderet sengetøj og håndklæder. Stenderup er en hyggelig landsby, med købmand lige om hjørnet. Cozy, stylish and brand new private guesthouse on the countryside with a beautyful view to untouched nature. The house is located close to the beach, which can be reached in 5-10 minutes by a private nature path. The central city of Middelfart is only 7 minutes by car, and you can reach Odense en just 30 minutes. Billund and Legoland is 50 minutes away and Århus 1 hour.

Bright property with room for many.

Really nice holiday home located in a quiet setting. Great for children, as there is a large playroom of 140 m2. The property is away from the road, and there are usually also some animals that would like to be talked to, if interested. In 2007, 240 m2 was renovated, and it is this section that we will let you stay in. The whole place is heated with underfloor heating.
