Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Vertou

Excellente location ! Elise est très accueillante et la maison est vraiment agréable. Les pianos et le vidéo-projecteur ont été très appréciés ! Accès en 5 minutes à des îles sur la Loire toute proche. 20 minutes en vélo du centre-ville de Nantes. Un logement comme on aimerait en trouver plus souvent !

Jacques a été très souple sur notre horaire d'arrivée pas simple à déterminer quand on a de la route et des petits 😀. L'appartement est spacieux et donne sur une cour plein ouest c'est sympa le soir pour prendre l'apéro dehors en laissant les enfants se dégourdir les jambes. On peut accéder au centre de Nantes rapidement dans avoir les inconvénients, les bords de sèvre accessibles facilement ainsi que l'Intermarché non loin pour les courses. L'isolation phonique n'est pas des plus performante donc on entend un peu les voisins du dessus mais sinon rien à redire, le séjour était agréable.

Le logement est très agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Le contact avec Yves est très fluide.

Stéphanie’s house is a beautiful, tastefully decorated home within a short walk of the tram line into the centre of Nantes. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The stone-walled garden is charming and private. After long days of sightseeing in the city, it really felt like a home from home. Stéphanie was very kind and helpful and really flexible about our check-in and check-out times. It was an absolute delight to meet her in person! We all loved the house and highly recommended it as a base from which to explore Nantes.

Très jolie maison, meublée avec beaucoup de goût, dans une rue calme, dans un quartier charmant et pittoresque, à proximité de lieux sympathique de Nantes. Commerces à proximité. Sabrina a été très réactive à nos demandes.

Tout était parfait. Je recommande fortement !

Logement spacieux et agréable, dans un quartier tranquille. Les vitres sont en simple vitrage, donc il peut y avoir un tout petit peu de bruit quand les voitures passent, et il peut faire un peu froid sans le chauffage.

logement en hyper centre, correspondant au descriptif, prestations professionnelles ( propreté, équipements..) . L accès par l escalier a été un peu compliqué pour ma mère de 85 ans( marches hautes, très pentues pour accéder au premier étage). Quartier bruyant la nuit, bruit qui passe un peu en fond sonore ; si on est sensible prévoir des boules quiès. Enfin la terrasse ne nous a semblé d aucun intérêt. Je pourrais recommander ce logement.

Parfait appartement au calme, propreté exemplaire, il y fait frais pour les journées très ensoleillé... Il y a tout le nécessaire sur place J'étais ravie de passer ces trois jours dans le logement de Chloé et Étienne où l'on se sent vite comme à la maison...

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Julie. L'appartement est super ! C'est beau, propre, pratique, près du tram, station de vélo, bus et beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pied. Proche supermarchés (carrefour et biocoop). Pour un séjour long c'est génial😊.

Logement très bien situé, confortable et plein de charme. L’hôte est extrêmement réactif et vraiment flexible, ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Une très bonne expérience, je recommande vivement !

We had a lovely family holiday at Thomas's house. The children loved the pool and trampoline. The house was clean and all the equipment was in perfect working order. Thomas was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely return.

Quite easily the best place we have stayed at through Airbnb. Julie and Isabelle were a joy to deal. Nothing was too much hassle including providing a boules set half way through our stay & a couple of inflatables for the kids to use in the pool. The gated villa is located in a quiet suburb of Nantes in a private secluded cul de sac & isn’t overlooked by any properties. There is a nice boulangerie a 5 minute walk away. There are several huge supermarkets within easy driving distance. We caught the tram into Nantes with the tram stop a 10-minute walk away. A taxi back to the villa cost €15. We were a group of 6 adults & 6 kids (aged 2-5) & at no point did we feel on top of ourselves. It’s beautifully decorated with huge rooms & a flowing dining room/living room, leading onto the well-kept gardens (& secret boules court) & the heated large swimming pool that our kids rarely left all holiday. The villa is immaculate & well stocked.

Très bel endroit, avec de grandes chambres bien équipées. Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable. L'endroit est idéal pour une petite fête de famille ou entre amis. La nuit, nous avons vu un magnifique ciel étoilé, vu le peu de pollution lumineuse dans les environs. Cédric est très réactif et arrangeant.

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

Eve fue una fantástica anfitriona y reaccionó de manera muy flexible a un error que yo cometí en la reserva. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy limpia y con mucho equipamiento. Todo está puesto con mucho gusto. Hay juegos para los niños. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y amables y responden a todas las necesidades. Merece mucho la pena esta casa

Beautiful property with a responsive and friendly host! We were there to celebrate an engagement with a small party and we did not want to leave. It was relaxing and perfect for hosting. A little bit of a journey to the centre, but taxis and buses were regular and easy to access. There were lots of additional services available at a charge. Thank you Amelie!

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!
