Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the award-winning Seine. Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away.
