We had a lovely stay in the gite. The big garden in the back was wonderful for the kids and dog. The house had everything we needed and more during our bouldering trip. I hope we can come back again.

We had a wonderful time in Richard’s beautiful house - everyone loved the stay so much, including the kids! The house is absolutely perfect, especially for a large group who wants to spend time together but still enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended, we will try to come back next year!

We stayed in the house for a few days with eight people and had a wonderful time. The house and garden offer plenty of space for long meals together and activities such as badminton, table tennis and boules. From the house, you can't see any other buildings; the view of the trees and landscape surrounding the house is magical and calming. The only negative point I have to mention is that there wasn't enough toilet paper, cleaning cloths, and garbage bags. When we asked, we were told we would have to get them ourselves from the supermarket. Given the high rent, I'd assume I wouldn't have to buy garbage bags myself.

I had a nice stay at this place because it was nice due to its cleanliness, the location... Everything was perfect from start to finish. The environment is quiet, so pleasant.

Nice and quiet place close to Paris. The train Comunication is fast and often and the house was perfect for our family (parents + three kids).

We had a short stay at Aurelie’s place driving from the UK to a family wedding in the South. Our family of 5, felt very comfortable, our young boys slept very well in the bunk beds and our baby in the cot provided which was built ready for our arrival - very helpful when we arrived late evening! The pool is a great size and very clean and the gardens are beautifully kept, the children enjoyed the trampoline and the pool, as well as a few toys provided. We enjoyed so much we’ve rebooked for our return journey to back to the UK. Thank you Aurelie and family ☺️

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Very nice short stay with family . Very welcoming, smiling and friendly host. Proposed hot tub, pool and jeep tower to take a ride through the forest. Charming little house isolated from the eyes of others but not far from the hosts in case of problems which is very good . Opportunity to walk and meet the goats and horses which made our 3-year-old daughter happy. Possibility to shop not too far away and next to some nice places to do. Beauvais Cathedral/Saint Paul Park… We recommend this small place of charm and calm . We wish Philippe and his family well and lots of beautiful things .

It was as described. It was clean and welcoming. Sylvain kindly lent us a hose to clean our very muddy bikes. There is no possibility to ventilate the room.

Everything was perfect, I recommend it. Damien is very responsive and his apartment is impeccable. Well done on the decoration and thank you again for the thoughtful touches :) We enjoyed the proximity to the RER train station (5-minute walk) as well as the tranquility of the neighborhood and the accommodation when returning from Paris in the evening. The added bonus is the balcony overlooking the greenery

We had a great time at Mari's place. Everything was clean. We were able to have BBQs, there is a very large garden for children to run. The location is ideal for spending a day at Thoiry Zoo. We won't hesitate to return.

Had a great time at Kapla House. Very nice house, very well designed and furnished, in a beautiful green setting. Our hosts were very welcoming, gave us lots of good recommendations and made our stay easy and very enjoyable. Total disconnection 30 minutes by train from Gare de Lyon.

An absolutely extraordinary experience! The houseboat in Conflans was an unforgettable place for our family to stay. The location right on the water was not only idyllic, but also perfect for exploring the charming surroundings. We were particularly impressed by the loving and thoughtful furnishings – everything was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. You can tell that this was done with love. The stay was quiet, relaxed and at the same time very special. We would come back any time and highly recommend this houseboat!

The studio offered by Christophe is very pleasant, very clean, tastefully furnished, and a real concern for comfort and hospitality: excellent bedding, well-equipped kitchen, welcome gifts... You feel good very quickly! Very responsive, Christophe and his son Vincent, are available to respond to any requests. Conflans Ste Honorine is a charming little town, with an old center and quays full of history. A stone's throw from Paris by train.

I stayed at this place and can only recommend! The place was spotless and perfectly matched my expectations. The instructions provided were clear and precise, which made access very easy.
