Nice little getaway. Most roads are ATV friendly. Close to 4 Hatfield and McCoy Off Road trails. Close to State Park, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and much more. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly. Newly remodeled. Heat and A/C. Covered porches. Grill and firepit. Perfect getaway or daily rental. Neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful. Don't miss out! Brand new cabin/cottage located just outside Man, WV. We are 3 miles away from Hatfield & McCoy Trail heads as well as Outlaw trails! Private bedroom (Queen) as well as a loft bedroom (full), and a second loft with 3 pull out (twin) beds. The lofts are open to the floor below. The sofa also pulls out to a full size bed. Outside we have a charcoal grill, picnic table, and chairs. We also provide corn hole boards for u to enjoy a relaxing evening after riding the trails.

About 5 minutes away from Gilbert area, where trail heads start. Quiet area & cozy. With access to in ground pool. The pool is open from June 1st to September 1st. Only about 5 minutes from R D Bailey dam with picnic/play areas and visitor center with a nice view of the dam and lake. Great for boating and fishing. Close to trail 12, Mexican restaurant, grocery stores, Dollar stores, Giovanni’s, & more! Lots of hiking areas and other local parks and recreation areas.

We have a 2 bed room cabin available for rent located right next to the Hatfield McCoy ATV trail system, along with being located in Gilbert, WV which is the HUB of all good trail riding available! We are only 1 mile to the Rock House trail head. We are just a 5 minute ride to the new trail system Braveheart. You have your own private hot tub, sun room, and private outdoor getaway to relax at night. There is a futon available in the sun room as well.
