Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

This cottage has 2 queen sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining room, separate living room, laundry with washing machine & dryer, ducted aircon & TV. The cottage is situated near but with total privacy from the main residence & is part of a 50 acre equine establishment with stabling & agistment available if required. Range of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & wineries nearby.

Large, light décor, main room with queen bed, kitchenette and dining, separate and very private bathroom, plus external deck. Very close to shops and medical, restaurants, cafes, pizzas, liquor outlet, small supermarket, dentist; a nearby National Park. Note - this is a secluded area of comfort and not suited to children, babies, infants of any age. Please accept apologies for this unavoidable policy. Nor is it a suitable place for wedding preparations, gatherings or any events.
